I bought a bouquet of roses, and the flowers are pretty, but the way they decorate and arrange them leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion, it lacked clouds, something that would look bigger, and the roses were fuller.

They are selling returned/used Items as new, I tried to get a refund because just right after a few minutes that I made my purchase I opened the package and I discovered that the item was repackaged, used and in bad condition and they did not agree on refund me , instead they offered to choose another item, but how you could trust them when you know that they were taking advantage of you since the beginning, at the end I did not get refunded and I am suing them now , also they have the worst attitude ever they really get mad because I asked for a refundBeware of this business they are selling used things passing them off as new I tried to return an item that only a few minutes after I bought it and found out that it had been repackaged used and was in very poor condition and they got upset that I wanted to return it and that they would return my money, they offered me better to take another merchandise but that they would not return my money and how was I going to choose more merchandise and trust them if from the beginning I realized that they tried to scam me by selling me something used and in poor condition making it pass As new, yes, they were upset because I discovered their scam and I think they have taken advantage of many people, but I am going to sue them even if they have mocked
