Love Rothy’s, called this store instead of a call center person and even though I couldn’t purchase something not in person and have it shipped to me, she was very helpful and kind.

If you live in Chicago, GO IN HERE before considering buying online!!! For being my favorite shoe brand, their sizing is wildly inconsistent. Their staff is knowledgeable, and lovely! Taryn was incredibly helpful and patient with my questions. Highly recommend this place! Great product, even better experience!

Great experience in the store. Ended up buying a pair in the wrong size but the team helped fit me for a new pair and remedy the order.

Taryn was great when helping me and my mom try on a variety of styles. I ended up buying two new pairs. I already owned two Rothys styles that I purchased about six years ago. They're still as good as new, sooo comfortable and weigh almost nothing. Especially good for traveling! Love that they're a sustainable company, too.

Such a cute Rothy’s location. The staff were extremely helpful and made great suggestions on men shoes. They were very knowledgeable about each shoe, which helped me understand the different styles.

This Rothy's location is nice and minimal. They have their shoes displayed on the walls like all shoe stores along with their bags as well. I went in not knowing they sold men's shoes as well so I decided to try on some pairs. While I didn't purchase anything (yet), their sales associates were very helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming!

Got my first pair and they felt comfortable af. Most of the variety is online though but the fit between the styles is different enough that it is worthwhile to make sure you test the fit in store.

On my Facebook page, I get Rothy's shoe Ads. So, today I came in to see for myself. I love that these shoes are made from plastic bottles. I was interested in the Driver shoe the heel is thin in thickness. The price well, I heard a salesperson say you can wash the shoes and air dry them. Meaning they are not meant for the dryer. Lay them face down on a towel to dry or wear them wet they will dry fast. So, this is the price you pay for how well it is made up of plastic bottles. The fabric is very soft and looks very flexible and comfortable. They sell tote bags and wallets for the ladies. Lovely designs on the tote bags and purses. I will be back.
