Very strange. You walk in and the guy who works there is acting like hes busy. He looks st you like you disturbed his nap. Another guy is sitting in the dark area behind furniture hiding out of view. No prices are on any item not even lamps and pictures. Go to the website and check it out. The store should be spotless if its has no customers looking around. So I begin to wonder this place has been at this location for decades yet we never see customers? No real website? No prices on anything? And lastly if you say you want to buy something Nick says he can order it in a month because he has to put it order for thousands of dollars not a few hundred...FRONT! I mean the slang term

My name is Rich Ryan, and I am a third generation customer of Rossi Custom Furniture in Chicago. Jack and Phil and all the family we have dealt with for well over 50 years down there, have always been very kind, efficient and no bullshit...when they deliver they are in and out, and sometimes Jack and Phil come out too...they don't cut corners on assembly of stuff and they can order anything you need by anyone...and if a piece of furniture is made like junk, which most of it is, they will tell you. This is the way buying stuff should be. The only thing that sucks is the parking and the fact they have a small showroom. Regardless, I absolutely recommend getting your furniture here as me and my family have for a long long time. The only other place that I remember being like this was Plunketts, but they are out of business...but if you remember Plunketts, and how you got treated, then please know that Rossi's is exactly that way. Your a customer with a name, not a number...Rich Ryan Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

They have been in business for over 50 years. Love this store and the customer service received is over and above. I have been purchasing my furniture for years. Rossi Custom Furniture has helped me decorate my house from top to bottom. I highly recommend this furniture store to everyone.
