The Shoes department wasn't organized by size. Was 30 min. Like the opened store, but already was mix & mach.on size 9. I can find 6, on 6, was 9 or something like this.

It is a double-story branch. To have only 2 boxes open and a waiting line of almost 30 people!
It's not possible!
Lack of personnel is definitive.
And to top it all off, there is a very penetrating musty smell.
They need to improve the service.

I really like this Ross, wait times aren't long! Staff is friendly and are always working hard to make the experience nice. I do have a complaint, though, and that being this; if a ustomer needs to use the restroom, please come up with a better system of unlocking the door.

Years ago when this location first opened, I would come here often. yesterday I decided to go after not visiting this location for a few months. I figured since it's two floors (unlike my usual Ross) there would be a lot more things and I could really browse. Huge disappointment. The staff is rude, the shoe section is an absolute MESS with shoes everywhere, and the selection is so small. There is virtually no variety in this store. This is also the first Ross I have ever seen in my life that has a self checkout. I understand some people prefer self checkout and I like it sometimes when lines are long for a register, but this was so unnecessary. They had one person at the register and two people in the front/register/self checkout area just hanging out not doing anything. They would have been more useful at a register and that would eliminate the self checkouts (which by the way was only used by one other person other than myself at the time). The self checkouts have cameras at each terminal. I purchased two things and didn't need or purchase a bag. I was stopped two seconds later by an associate asking to see my receipt. I asked why they would be checking receipts and she said "I don't know I just work here". I went on to say how that's pretty pointless and she didn't even let me finish my thought without being outright rude and walking away. It's pretty ridiculous for a ROSS to have self checkouts and to be checking receipts. I made a $12 purchase for crying out loud, which the rude associate watched me scan and pay for by the way. Whack store, rude associates, and just a little too extra with the checkout for a Ross. Never coming to this location again; I will stick to my usual Ross location.
