This location needs to do better with clothing for young women. If you are an old lady lots of options but pre teens almost nothing or nothing I would want my daughter to wear. Saw some booty shorts and all the shirts are cropped what are we doing hear? Ross do better. Also there needs to be a dedicated jacket section. This is Chicago most of the year the weather is unpredictable. At least have some light jackets & raincoats.

Never has anything and still has that 10 second wait time and hold time to go in for what look I understand robbing and other thing but to hold people till they go in is in lawfulness and harassment isn’t that why you hire security.

I took my aunt to the store to grab some things for the holiday. I was followed through the store by the loss prevention team (security) for no reason at all. This store has more loss prevention workers than actual employees and the employees are not happy and welcoming to paying customers because they think everybody is stealing. I went over to the furniture section of the store and was told by security that I couldn’t sit on any of the furniture if I wasn’t buying it. I will never come back here again. Terrible place with terrible people

So I won’t be returning!! There new policy where they hold you at the door so they can look at your face on the camera it’s cool I guess, help prevent theft, it’s the fact they lie to you on why you’re being held at the entrance. There shelves are empty now and Then Being followed around the store by the fat Mexican loss prevention guy was crazy. I’ve Been coming to this store since they first opened smh
