I’ve been coming to this Ross for YEARS. I never felt uncomfortable until this past year when they upped their security. I always go here after class (with my bookbag on) and I always feel followed. Specifically by the Hispanic security with glasses, beard, and long hair. Listen, I completely understand you’re trying to do your job but you do not have to follow people because they have a bookbag. I come here so often that I even recognize the employees, and even then I still feel like they’re always watching you which makes me wanna leave. Super unfortunate that’s it’s not a comfortable shopping experience anymore.

I went to buy clothes for my son and there were no shorts, very few pants, t-shirts, no underwear, there were almost no underwear in my size, they lack an assortment for children size 10

Worst Ross location I’ve ever visit. Store had too many items on a small space. Too crowded, we couldn’t move around, spaces between aisles were extremely small and did not fit one person.
I’ll never come back here and don’t recommend anyone to come here for a pleasant shopping experience.

I walk in at 8:40, I’m about 8 feet in the door when I’m greeted, not with a a hi or a hello. There’s an African American lady in glasses standing behind the counter, the first thing she says to me is “is that( the bag in my hand) a return”. I reply with a simple yes and she responds stating they don’t accept returns after 8:30pm. I’ve never heard of such a policy and I’ve returned things to this exact location after 8:30 in the past, but I couldn’t be bothered to argue and I needed to pick up a few items anyway. I browse for about 5 minutes then I hear her over the intercom announce that they will be closing the registers in 5 minutes, which would’ve been 8:50 and the stated hours end at 9. While I get no one likes the closing shift, that’s no reason to hassle the customer and rush them out. This isn’t the first time either, and I’m nearly certain she’s one of the managers…
