I am surprised that the overall rating for Ross is on the lower end. The store is very clean with great spacing in aisles, and the employees are friendly. Stores of this ilk lack a guaranteed inventory, but avid shoppers enjoy the hunt! You may find a lot, you may leave empty-handed. I have found some great deals here on name brand items. In fact, when I needed a longer winter coat, I found one here at a great price. They also have great prices on shoes when it comes to popular brands.

Walking around with boots and the security tag starts beeping..purchased the boots but felt dirty thinking what a 50year old Male is a shoplifter....???would of purchased more if I can shop in peace..thanks Asian woman security person..will not return

Employees and managers are extremely ghetto horrible service, Everyone is standing around always gossiping the bathrooms are never open and when they are they're dirty, the fitting rooms are always close horrible.

It's a newly open space,clean and organized.But the Latino female security didn't greet me,on the contrary,she peeped at me and followed me and maintained a distance.Do you think I'm A shoplifter?I felt so insulted!I'm not a Mexican like you!Maybe you've encountered quite a few shoplifters like your fellow country men!Even when I left,she still refused to say goodbye to me and monitored the CCTV,of which the display screen intentionally placed in a conspicuous position,the entrance.

It's a really nice store,great selections,great prices,the staff is really nice as well,they get new stuff in daily,so I will be going back there later on towards fall.
