I have been coming here for six years and they always do a good job. Prompt and friendly service. Quick turnaround times. No issues with my clothes being damaged. Their tailoring has been quick and high-quality. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dry cleaner/tailoring service.

DO NOT GO HERE. RUDE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give them zero stars, I will. I went there for some alterations a few months ago and the work done was quite bad, I took 5 pairs of jeans and only one of them is wearable at this point. I decided that alterations might not be their forté seeing as they are a dry cleaning service. I decided to try their dry cleaning service. I took two white blankets to these useless drycleaners and I went to pick them up when they were ready. I got there and paid and this man goes to bring my blankets. Even through the packaging, I could see that one of them had very obvious stains. I showed him the stains and he said it’s not their fault but they will attempt to redo the cleaning. I walked home and noticed that the second blanket had just as many stains when I took it out of the bag and so I went back to him that same day and asked for my second blanket and a refund because these blankets were clearly not washed properly. He gave me my blanket and told me that he can not refund me for his poorly done work and then went ahead to blame me for having stains on my blankets and started getting rude. I walked out in anger, terrible service and even worse customer service. Never going back and will never recommendService: Alterations

Terrible service, your clothes will come back dirtier than you sent them, he is extremely rude and will raise his voice at you if you express your anger at your dirty clothes and you will never get your money back. Do not waste your money

Third time is a charm. I brought my favorite blouse here and the gentleman working got a stubborn crease out for me. Two other dry cleaners were struggling with my blouse. I found my new dry cleaner. I appreciate that this gentleman also speaks English so I can communicate and walk away without worry. I will be back- great establishment.

Deserves more stars then available! I walked in around 3pm on the Friday (2 days before Halloween). I had a costume party the very next day and needed straps added to my outfit by noon. My outfit was metallic gold and the owner and I were trying to determine what we could use that would closely match. He Facetimed his wife to get her opinion as she does the alterations. She didn't have an immediate answer, but he indicated he would be willing to go buy fabric to match if we needed to. He was SO kind, accommodating and professional. We ended up being able to use a part of the existing costume to make the straps. He turned it around by 9am the very next day. You can't find this type of service ANYWHERE and it certainly deserves to be called out! Thank you, Ray : )

I have taken some dresses/skirts/tops to be altered (I'm small!) several times last summer. Never had an issue with what was altered. The Owner was very professional and courteous too. I will definitely keep going back to get my clothing altered there. Their pricing is comparable to what is charged in the South Loop. Not cheap, but not any worse than the competition either. I recommend this place!
