I wasn't overly fmiliar with the way State Farm works, and at first found the system of only being able to deal with the designated person a bit unusual. However, I now get it, I know with State Farm I'm not just a number, I have a single point of contact who is local and knows me - thank you Lisa for arranging my auto insurance at a great price too!

Worked with this agent for over a year. They never transferred my policies from out of state as requested and when I followed up they were rude. Switch agents.

Roni and her office have been managing my policies for the last 25+ years. Her office has always had exceptional service and have kept me up-to-date when premiums are due (cancellations pending). Not to mention, State Farm has been exceptional at handling claims.

I have been a client for over 30 years now and never once have they ever called me to see if I wanted to review my insurance policies or even suggest another policy to me. I now after all these years have my very first claim due to a leakage caused by my Condo building in the beginning of June 2020 and still have not heard anything about my claim and it is the end of August 2020. It was my understanding that State Farm was suppose to be one of the better Insurance Companies but obviously that is not true at all.

Kathy will send you the questions she needs answered 1 at a time in multiple emails. If you find this communication effective then this is the agency for you.I find multiple message with one question a waste of my time. I would not recommend working with anyone that does not understand the value of a well thought out email, rather than a stream of conscious.She is responsive. She is quick. But I would rather a slow well focused level of contact.
