Rockstar is incredible; it is so obvious how passionate they are about animal welfare and responsible pet ownership / caretaking. They recognize each dog as an individual being with their own personality and character, regardless of breed or age. Their playground includes something for all dogs: spaces to run around in, different textures to feel, a sensory garden, and shaded cots to rest. My dog was diagnosed with a vomiting disorder, and they did a staff training to make sure they recognized the signs and symptoms. They even remind pet owners to update vaccines and fecal samples to ensure the safety of all pets.Thank you for taking care of my baby! I know how loved he is here, and how much he loves his human and fur friends at Rockstar.

Our dog was timid and afraid to play with other dogs after getting bit as a puppy. Rockstar pets slowly integrated him with other dogs and after only a couple of weeks staff says he has totally come out of his shell and is engaging with other dogs and playing all day! Rockstar pets gave him the safety and confidence he needed to socialize and we could not be more grateful. Staff members take the time to get to know pets and their owners. I feel very safe leaving our dog and he always comes home happy and tired.

There's a reason Rockstar has so many wonderful reviews... the service is exceptional! The entire staff is so knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. Our older dog had a hard time getting used to daycare, but they spent so much time with him to help him adjust and be comfortable. Now, he seems sad whenever he isn't there! Knowing he's in good hands during the day is priceless. Thank you, Rockstar, for treating our dog like one of your own!

Rockstar has been a savior for us.Our puppy was 6 1/2 months old when we got her and not socialized.She was afraid of other dogs and most people.She now engages in play with other dogs whenever we're outside and is less scared of strangers. She absolutely loves the staff at Rockstar Pets.We love the fact that Rockstar is patient in working with her one on one in basic commands and handling. Their enrichment program has provided both the day care and training we need.Rockstar has an engaging outdoor area for the dogs.Our dog would spend every moment of the day outside if she could, so we really appreciate the safe, playful outside space.We also love receiving a picture every day from Rockstar showing our dog playing in the yard. It feels like when our kids went to summer camp.

We've been going to Rockstar for about a month, and it has been great!I appreciate it's a structured day, with time to play.Our pupper always comes home tired, and it makes me extra happy to know he's getting enrichment and extra enforcement of good manners.Communication has been great, and everyone we talked to has been nice and professional.Thanks, Rockstar Pets!!

Takes enrichment seriously and professionally - NOT just tossing a peanut butter kong or toys/puzzles at a bewildered dog and calling it enrichment. Hands down the best, most professional daycare/boarding in Chicago and beyond.

Rockstar Pets is the absolute best! They take such amazing care of my sometimes nervous pup who requires all the love. It's obvious how much they love what they do and I don't hesitate for a moment to leave my dog in their care. She always comes home happy, healthy and very sleepy!

As someone who doesn't leave reviews for things I just want to say to the folks at Rockstar Pets, Thank you. They treat their clients and they're pets like family. Thank you guys for all the help and care you've given our boy (big boy shepherd mix). Elissa, Alex, Nicky and all have been a second home while helping to build structure and enrichment into our dogs routine. I can't recommend Rockstar enough to the people looking for a daycare/boarding facility. Its also important to note that my schedule, as well as that of my wife, is volatile at best. Things pop up and disappear constantly. Rockstar Pets has never batted an eye at taking our dog in for the weekend or canceling the day before he was supposed to. They have been accommodating and friendly, helpful and supportive the entire way through. If they do this for one client, i can only imagine how they treat the rest. Call them up. Thanks again all!

Elissa and her staff are truly rockstars. They have a great daycare system and a fantastic program that makes you feel like your dog is well taken care of at all times. They really do raise the bar when it comes to dog supervision, and are not only kind but we'll coordinated. It's clear they take great pride in what they do and take their enrichment program seriously. Wally was always so excited to come to day care and was a happy and tired pup once he got home. We went 2x a week until we decided to keep him home because some health sensitivities. We would recommend this place to anyone.

We've used several different daycares/boarders for our dog Penny over the years and Rockstar is hands-down the best. Penny can be a bit anxious especially in new places but the first time we dropped her off I could tell that she was made to feel very welcome and would have the best care possible... I was amazed at how quickly she got comfortable--now it's like a second home for her. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. It's also awesome getting pictures of her out playing sent to us, makes being away from her a bit easier :-). They also do a fantastic job with grooming. We feel lucky to have a place close by that she loves so much and where she's in such good hands. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Rockstar Pets! Our lab puppy has been going here for a little over a month now and absolutely loves it! He is enrolled in Puppy Kindergarten which is daycare plus training. He has gotten better about going in his crate and basic commands. We are still working on the jumping but has gotten noticeably better since day 1 (he is still a puppy, after all)! We also love getting pictures around lunchtime. The staff at rockstar are all incredibly friendly and helpful. They help address specific things I want to work on with my pup and he does seem to be getting better! They're very responsive via phone and email. Five stars!

I rarely write reviews but it's time I call out RSP for their fierce commitment to the dogs (and cats) in their care. I have an Akita and frequently find that daycare/boarding come with preconceived notions of the breed and often refuse them. RSP, after evaluation, was happy to take my boy as a single (he does not play with other dogs). In other facilities I noted he was often the last dog out and often ignored because he did not fit the mold of daycare. Not at RS! He loves his daycare days and they take turns playing with him so he gets the stimulation and play time that he so wants. RSP truly cares for the well being of each dog as an individual and take great care in how they handle them. If a dog is struggling or not a good fit they are honest about it and make recommendations that are best for the dog - not their bottom line. My Akita is wildly people friendly and they quickly capitalized on that trait to work with his dog reactivity in a positive manner. He still doesn't like other dogs and never will (it is who he is) but he has made huge strides in lessening reactivity. Thank you RSP! You are the rare, real deal and the dogs in your care are fortunate to have found their way to you.
