Amazing experience! I just walked by the store in the mall and came across this rare gem of a piece/store. The salesperson, Lisa, was very pleasant and kind. We had a nice conversation, and I was sold on this Italian piece of jewelry. Fine craftsmanship and my first personal very high-end piece purchase will be my new daily bracelet that I wear and pair with other bracelets.

The experience @ Robert Guild was fantastic.Speaking from my perspective as a solutions architect and consultant, Robert acted as a true professional — taking interest in my problem (expensive sunglasses - precious metal broke and required welding) analyzing root cause, offering options/showing examples, & testing a solution before committing.Speaking from the perspective of an everyday Chicagoan, Robert provided “good guy” neighborly service - friendly/personable and fair. Enthusiastic to show off and (explain in detail) his amazing fabrications and award winning creations, I felt confident Robert was the guy who could walk the talk. And he did… I am so grateful that he’s become my 1st review.This jeweler is a gem, hidden in the corner of the mall of all places. Awesome experience getting our bands. We ran short on time before our wedding day so ended up getting simple dainty gold wedding bands but from start to finish it was a great low pressure experience. We will be back post wedding to create something more custom for both me and my wife. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a jeweler/custom jeweler
