Got an external full detailing and couldn’t be happier with the value for the service and work completed. 100% would recommend. Car surface is now buttery smooth and they got all the minor scratches out

Staff is super nice but just sadly not very detailed. Had to circle back for them to vacuum my seats again which clearly were covered in crumbs. Even after that still found more spots (not sure if it’s just poor lighting or what in there). Sadly won’t come back. Really wanted to like it. Lack of detail in the cleaning is my biggest issue. Even wiping the top of the windows wasn’t not.

Wow! I am so impressed. I looked over while they were washing my car and noticed that they were using an electric buffer to get 2 scratches off my car! I love it here and won’t go anywhere else!!! They went above and beyond for my silver streak car wash!

My dad has been coming to this car wash for as long as I can remember, and I have just started to frequent it.For your everyday wash this place is great. What I am really here for is to share their attention to detail. After parking under the CTA tracks I got some tar from the tracks on my hood and roof. These stains had been on for a couple of weeks. After making an appointment, the crew was able to get the stains out and have the car looking brand new.Highly recommend their services!Services: Polishing

I really wanted to like this place & find my new "go-to" Carwash spot. Based on the reviews I had high hopes.I do have to say the owner was very kind, personable & managed his employees well.The wash inside & out was a different story. They missed so many places and were not thorough whatsoever. Pretty disappointed so I can't come back :(

Outstanding service and value. There are plenty of car wash places on the northside that charge more and deliver less. First place that has been consistently excellent enough for me to actually commit to one of their 12 pack cards.

I recently got a convertible and am hesitant to run it through an automated car wash, so have been on the search for a good hand wash place. I tried this place today, after previously trying Gold Coast Car Wash and Bert's Car Wash.This is the one I'll be using going forward. They did an awesome job and also are super reasonably priced. I paid $15 for an exterior wash and bug removal, which is about what an automated one will run. Also way cheaper than the other two I mentioned. They had a package that was like $18 that also included interior vacuuming if you need that. I'll give it a try in the winter when it's too cold to do on my own. I think I already wrote a review but just to add on, once again cannot recommend this place enough. Big thanks to owner/manager Anthony and his team - I took my ‘01 Civic in for rust removal as best as possible and within a couple hours it looked factory showroom-good. (Overall the car started out in excellent condition for the age because it was one-owner, but the previous owners had allowed some surface rust to begin on the rear wheel wells that I wanted off before it got worse this winter.) They delivered even better results than they originally promised for a very fair price and even took care of some spots I didn’t mention.Other than that - their regular basic car washes as well as inside & out details are immaculate every time. Very trustworthy & efficient place and I notice they take care of every customer whether it’s a classic car, aging commuter, expensive SUV or what have you. Every single car drives away looking pristine and that is a feat for a city with these kinds of car-beating winters.

Riverview is a fantastic place to get your car pampered. They always leave my vehicle looking fresh and new, paying attention to every detail. They were very polite but didn't do that great of a job. There were spots of the windows they didn't get out and I paid for vacuuming and I think they only did the seats.
