I trust Jeanie with all of my clothing. She is attentive to detail, sweet, and her work is affordable. It seems like it's just her working in there, so keep that in mind if you need a quick turnaround. She typically keeps my clothes for about a week, sometimes two. I am really glad I found her, and I love going in to visit.

This place is amazing! The owner is very nice and I have my alteration ready in a timely manner. Great quality work. I highly recommend then in the corner of Broadway and Halsted.

Great place! Lady is super nice and did a wonderful job with hemming my pants. She gave me my item on a hanger in a plastic covering. Reasonable pricing. This is definitely a local business to go to and support.

The owner is a sweet lady & a very convenient location, but boy did she mess up my wife's coat. Coat is my wife's favorite, well it was, now its shriveled, zipper is missing. Tell lady, she mkes us pay for new zipper. Then my wife realizes the entire hood from her coat is missing! Has to take coat back is inconvenienced for over 2 weeks during colder months while lady sends coat away/back to other cleaners to look for hood, which was probly in a pile on the floor because now the hood and coat come back smelling dirty, dirtier than when originally was cleaned. Coat comes back and fur lined hood now resembles wet dog fur. Take home w/no $ off for inconvenience. Now. today my wife realizes the belt that comes with her coat is gone! The belt that the coat has belt loops for! That cinches in the waist. What the h kind of s is this??? You bring your coat to be cleaned and it comes back looking and smelling worse then when u left it there. With the hood and belt missing. That is not the way to treat customer's clothing or items. Unorganized, non apologetic, seems unprofessional and weird . You trust that your items are simply getting cleaned and come back with at least 2 things missing??. Without a doubt I do not feel like the company she sends it out to gives a s or cares or takes good care of a customer or their personal items or clothing whatsoever.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Very bad experience. Used them for the first time to do alterations, and she never did a thing, charged $28. The pants were the same as before when I asked her to show me where she did the alterations, she was rude and tried to defend herself by pointing to the wrong things. Be careful with their services. I highly recommend Ritz Cleaners! I've used them for dry cleaning before but recently needed emergency alterations on a gown. They not only graciously accepted the rush job, they also did fantastic work. I'm so grateful!Service: Alterations

I've brought a handful of pieces in for dry cleaning, and have had a positive experience every time. The prices are very reasonable and on par with other dry cleaners I've been to in the city and in the suburbs. The staff is professional, and my clothing always looks good as new.

I think I've been here three times in total now, and I've had a great experience each time! I can't believe all the negative reviews are about the same place. The staff is polite and professional, and my coat and dresses that I've brought in always end up looking and feeling brand new. I'll definitely come back.

I dropped my coat off last Wednesday, and it was suppose to be ready Friday. Here comes Monday I come to get my coat and it has yet to touched! Horrible customer service. When I asked the lady why wasn't it ready she tells me she was waiting from a response from me but I called Thursday to confirmed I wanted the services at the price she quoted!
