I always enjoy European food , deli, sausage, bakery and jar pickles! Rich's Deli is one of the locations that I stop by to shop but for long time in this particular store the people who work in the store are not helpful , are very rude if you ask a question especially the lady's who serve on deli section are very rude if you not speak their language and also give priorities to people behind you in line just bc they speak Ukraine! It happens so many times and for this reason they will lose customers and I'm one of them!

I grabbed a hot lunch, it was so bland and the chicken and meatballs didn't see an ounce of salt like it was ment for sick people or babies. Chicken was undercooked to maintain weight, cause they sell it by weight. This seriously was the blandest food I ever had in my life, the cooks are apparently Ukrainian, nothing against the former Soviet Republic countries but their people are poor they cook so basic and add flour to thicken food, idea is to survive not to actually enjoy it.
