I order flowers from them last year I was very pleased with the service the flowers was absolutely beautiful and lady that waited on me was very nice ...I will be back there this week to place a order for a nephew funeral .

Don't let the size of this place fool you. The flowers, attention to detail, and selection for my Father's funeral ( 6/10/24) were outstanding!!! I hate i don't have any photos, but EVERYONE ..men included remarked at how beautiful the arrangements were.

I was promised a very well put together floral arrangement for my husbands memorial/viewing . we discussed the arrangements (set of 3) colors. flowers were supposed to be red &white , ribbons were supposed to be black with white writing and the outskirts of the flowers would b sprayed silver . The arrangements were suppose to be full length as well. once I arrived to the viewing I immediately noticed the ribbons were red with gold writing and they were half length and not full . I was going to let the error slide until my mother in law sent me a close up picture of the ribbons. the font on the ribbons are two entirely different fonts and they cut the letter "M" in half to make a "N" completely unacceptable and tacky . the owner of the store had the nerve to ask me why am I just calling the services were a week ago . my husband just passed u think I'm thinking about a flower lady ?? why did you all not provide what was promised . these arrangements were $385 and I'm completely displeased and will never shop here again and I'm going to make sure I tell everyone I know not to shop here either

Wish I could give 0 stars. Tried ordering and when I tried to check up, I got an attitude from another world. I was trying to explain why some of the information was stated differently, regarding contact information (due to me living in another country, just wishing to use their service for my american friend). I was met with an attitude from another world, I felt super degraded being on the phone and there was no respect and time for me to explain. She hung up, when I was trying to apologize for the inconvenience. I do not recommend them, due to their poor service.

Not open until 7pm. They close at 6pm. That's what the sign says. But the lady who opened the locked door to tell that they were closed was really nice.

Very unprofessional and as a florist shop I don't understand why you can't make a simple arrangement like literally a few roses, Lillie's and whatever else. I really wanted to support but this floral shop made that difficult to where I had to google elsewhere and I'm glad I did because I found an even BETTER FLORAL SHOP "SAMANTHA'S FLOWER SHOP" 10MIN AWAY! I was in town (Chicago) finalizing my grandfather's funeral services and wanted a local florist to handle my generation's flowers for his homegoing services. My friend referred me to Rhodes Florist, so I stopped by the shop on the Monday before the Wednesday's viewing, and Sharon there assured me that the flowers would not only be to the funeral home in time, but also pleasing. She was absolutely right! They not only met the timing, but their beauty was extraordinary! I truly appreciation the effort Sharon made and am very satisfied with their services.
