I loved the staff member who did mine but my teenage son went with me for a pedicure only and the woman who did his kept pushing for a manicure too. After he said no several times, she said... just let me trim them to even them out. He finally gave in and then she charged us for a mani pedi for him. We also made appointments but i think they overbooked as we all ended up having to go at different times and finished 30 to 45 minutes apart. Must of the staff is great and i like the spa pedicure a lot.
Stylist: Mine was very nice and attentive.

Everyone at revamp do an excellent job! I have always been happy with my pedicures & manicures, as well as the customer service. I highly recommend & am consistently impressed with the quality from Nam!
Requested style: Nam did a beautiful powder dip manicure with French manicure

I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. During an eyebrow waxing appointment, the technician not only removed the hair but also peeled off some of my skin. This caused a burning sensation and discoloration on the skin beneath my eyebrows. When I informed her and another employee that my skin was burning and hurt badly, the lady who did my eyebrows commented multiple times that my skin was "thin". I have been getting my eyebrows waxed elsewhere for years and this injury has NEVER happened to me before until I came to this nail salon to get them waxed. In sum, no accountability was ever taken, and I never received an apology, only a few dollars taken off my total amount when the waxing service should have been free after that experience. Not to mention, the "tint" I got on my eyebrows didn't even last a day. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.

I have consistently gotten excellent service at Revamp. My pedicures & manicures are always beautiful, and Nam does a great job with the powder dip manicure. I recommend!

i’ve seen this place every time i come to the area for other things and finally decided to try it out and get a pedicure before leaving for a trip. To say I was unsatisfied and felt unwelcome is an understatement.
1. when i came in as a walk in for a pedicure the woman who checked me in made me feel like i was burdening them by coming in even tho it was 530 and they didn’t close till 8.
2. the constant attempt to add on services and up charges was really annoying and felt like just a way for them to add on charges. when i asked for the pedicure i was asked manicure too? i said no as i already had my nails done at my regular salon. at the start of the pedicure i was asked if i wanted the deluxe pedi i said no just regular. At the end of the pedicure i was asked AGAIN if i wanted a manicure i politely said no and showed how my nails were already done, she then said eyebrow wax? i replied no ( I got my eyebrows done a week and half ago at my usual place so this felt like just another unnecessary add on service trying to be made)
3. the person filling up the water didn’t even acknowledge me, had the water so hot i couldn’t put my feet in and just walked away from the water causing it to almost overfill. Someone else took over the service, they had to use a bowl to pour out water to add in some cold water but they seemed to not know what they were going, couldn’t figure out how to make the bubbles go. Throughout the whole process everything felt rushed and as thought she was just doing things in a random order to finish up.
4. when the service was done she said i could sit while it dries and enjoy the massage chair but someone else came up and told me to move so i got up to go sit near the front by the fan but no one turned it on for me, i had to do that myself.
i got tired of sitting there while all the employees were near the back so i stood to pay and waited for someone to come. the woman who did my service came but seemed very unsure of how to use the computer to ring me up, someone else came to help her. I stated i just got a pedicure, went to pay, as my card was approved she was looking at my hands and questioned my nails i said they were my own nails and walked out after signing my receipt. I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in a salon before. I will not be returning to this location again. i would not recommend coming here at all.

I went to Revamp for the first time and got a regular pedicure and dip pedicure. I don’t usually write reviews, but I thought it would be good to share my experience. The woman that did my pedicure was great and did everything very carefully and nicely. My issue was with the man that did the dip. First, while I was getting the pedicure, he did the process of removing my previous dip. He drilled too much off before soaking it in acetone. I looked at my nails and could see and feel where my nail had grown out and how much of my natural nail he had sanded down. I have never had so much of my actual nail taken off! Then also, as he was preparing my nails to apply the dip, he used the drill and when at the edge of my nail bed, he drilled over my skin as well. The first time it happened, I figured it was a mistake, it won’t happen again. But it happened multiple times! He also drilled the area around my cuticle, which I have seen done before, but when I left I noticed my cuticles were bleeding and stinging on multiple finger nails.
Once they heal, my nails will look great. He did a nice job shaping them and applying the dip itself, but needless to say I will not be back. And it’s sad because it’s such a convenient location in the middle of Lincoln Square. I cannot believe the carelessness that went on. I should not leave with my cuticles bleeding!

I’ve been going to ReVamp for 4 years. They have amazing customer service and are great for walk ins or scheduled appointments. I always appreciate how if you make an appt you don’t have any delays. Nam is one of their best, but they all do amazing work. Their spa pedicure is phenomenal and they’re the best place for dip powdered manicures. I’ve moved further away from Lincoln Square but they’ve continued to be worth the drive. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I come to this place sometimes but I will never go again. It's always very expensive and basic and this last time was outrageous. I had an appointment for wax and a manicure. After I got my wax I sat down for my manicure when two other women walked in the shop sat them down for their pedicure immediately and left me in the chair for a half hour while they did these two women's pedicures. No one cared that I had an appointment they forgot about me in the chair they called someone else whose day it was supposed to be off and that person didn't do a manicure only did artificial nails which is half of the entire service. No one ever apologized and they charged me full price. Honestly I should have walked out after such terrible treatment they will never get my business again.

I recently visited Revamp nails and waxing for a nail service and a bikini wax. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service I received. The waxing service was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable throughout the process. Additionally, I'm experiencing discomfort and itching afterward, which is concerning. I expected a higher level of professionalism and hygiene from this establishment. I hope they take steps to improve their services and prioritize customer satisfaction in the future. I would never recommend them.

The pedicure itself was good. What I did not like was that I went in thinking I would get a regular pedicure but ended up receiving a spa pedicure ($20 more!). At one point during my pedicure I was asked what scent I wanted but there was ZERO communication that this scent would cost me $20 extra. There are no menus or anything around showing you the prices or that they have different types of pedicures available— this spa pedicure isn’t even listed on their website! When I went to pay and was charged $50 instead of $33 (like they have advertised in their window) I asked why and immediately got defensive saying they asked if I wanted a spa pedicure— they did not ask me. They gave me a “$10 discount” but that’s still a rip off when nothing was communicated to you in the first place.
Please, figure out a better way to advertise your prices because it looks like you’re just trying slyly to get all our money.

I'm very disappointed for losing my time in this salon. First notice, all tools is not disinfecting. Really horrible time. Water was very cold, nothing add in the water for making the skin soft. For cutting nails and toes was ridiculous price. I hope I never make this mistake in my life.

Had an appointment for 7:15pm on Friday for a hand modeling shoot Saturday morning. I got to the door and they were closed. They are supposed to close at 8pm on Fridays. No call, no warning. Thanks a lot!

The pedi and mani was ok but too pricey... definitely too much for the service offered (spa pedicure no polish and no chip manicure 98$!)what I didn't like at all it was that the place was dirty and I didn't feel comfortable about it. First and the last time there.
Update: after 6 days from may pedi... look. I am very annoyed. I also tried to email them and they totally ignored me.

First of all they over charge me... 98$ for a spa pedi without polish (I didn't want) and a no chip manicure (on the website the prices were different). Then the place was very dirty and I felt uncomfortable to get infections. I DON'T recommend this place at all.
