To begin, this location has to be the worst company I have ever done business with. First, the same day that delivery was scheduled, I was told that my application was denied. My application was denied because of my references. Come to find, this store reached out to my references the same day of delivery and couldn't reach one of them. My references said that because they were at work they could not talk however was going to call them back. I called rent a center the day of delivery and was told everything was ok. Ten minutes later is when I was called back and denied. I had been waiting for two weeks for delivery. I took off work so that I would miss them and I also was hosting a dinner party to show off new place and furniture. 2nd, after I was denied, I was told to contact my bank and have them reverse the transaction as if it was my banks fault. My bank said rac has to submit the refund which they have not done. The lady at rac was rude and loud and very dismissive of my concerns. I ask to speak to a manager and was told she was with a customer and she would call back however 6 hours later I never received a call back. In conclusion, I had to cancel my dinner party at the last minute and I also missed work. I still don't have furniture or my money back. Dealing with this situation gave me a headache to say the least. I called Arron's furniture and they have taken good care of me. I am a business owner and I have never been through anything like this. I grade this place with a F

Ok listen I brought couch. It wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. They said it was “New” but, when I received the couch it was definitely not new. And had been used before. It had a big split in the back of it. They colored it to try and blend it in. Also there was a piece for the couch that was missing. The part that actually keeps it together because it is a sectional. So I called several times asking if they could come to service it. They said yes they can service the couch in our home ok cool. So while we wait and wait no call. We called they finally picks up And say hey well we can’t service it in your home but we will in the store. I said ok. I let them pick it up asked if my contracts would still be valid I was told yes. The next week they told me my contract was not an emergency to get it done. Mind you it’s in the contract. Now they don’t want to deal with me. Because I’m no fool. And have given me store credit. Which I will not need. Moral of the story is DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!

Well my tv broke I only had a month left and it got damaged the people still trying to make me pay like it was not an accident and said that if I returned the tv I still had to pay for damages they would not call me back when they said they would and just told me that it takes a long time for insurance or corporate to respond I just should have used my credit and got it from a reputable store when I'm any case of any accident the money you've paid together with the insurance covers the repairs pay my broken tv off them a few months down the road they would let me know if they would honor their insurance wow!!!
