UPDATE 05/28/24: They no longer do body work, only mechanical. They are not necessarily cheap, but when I want something done right the first time, I take it here. They really are reliable.

Beware and take precautions my car was returned without Gas and price changed from what was quoted.i really thought that I was dealing witha quality shop I hate the shady business practices.

Reliable Auto quite literally saved my life, diagnosing a serious issue and fixing it along with several others in <36 hours at a very reasonable price.I'm new to the area and was surprised by how immediately comfortable I felt bringing my car here. It is clearly a family-owned and operated business that has been in the community for many years. Most other patrons appeared to be regulars, some even stopping by with holiday goodies as it's the week of Christmas.I cannot say how appreciative I am of the work they did, or prior reviewers for prompting me to bring my car here when I needed help!

These guys are crooks! Ii came to Reliable Auto to fix the squeaky brakes on my Audi. They charge me $780 to replace the brakes and rotors. 2 weeks later they were squeaking again. They told me it was an issue with the model and they couldn't help, then charged me for the visit. 6 months later the brakes were still squeaking and I took them to another auto shop. They told me (and showed me) that Reliable had put on used brakes and rotors. I had to pay another $800 for new ones. Horrible experience. Will never go again.

All around fantastic shop. I used to have a beater Hyundai accent with a bunch of dents in it. It was such a junky car that I would lie to men on dates and tell them I took Uber rather than having them see my car. ? I took that car here several times and the shop was nothing short of kind and honest. I now have a different and somewhat less junky car and have taken it to the shop several times. Again, they have been exceptionally honest. The prices are completely reasonable for the city and the work is finished in a relatively short amount of time considering how incredibly busy they are. Most importantly, they never tried to upsell you on services your car does not need or scare you into making unnecessary upgrades on the repairs. I highly recommend.
