Bought a $700 chair that fell apart in 8 months. Customer service took two weeks to inform me they could not help me. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I ordered pendant lights and a chandelier in early January. When purchased, I was told they would arrive in late January. It's now the end of February and I just learned that the order won't arrive until late May. I only learned this when I followed up repeatedly with Rejuvenation after the arrival dates came and went. When I go on the website today, it says that if I purchased the same products now, they would arrive in a couple weeks, which is obviously not true.So long story, short - do not trust the shipping dates or even product availability from them. I'm beyond frustrated.

I worked with Andy through multiple orders and he is amazing. He is patient and kind and non-judgmental with people who do not know as much as him in the space (read: me). He helped me work out some issues and measurements and was very supportive along the way. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Andy!

Awful experience!! Was in the store for at least 15-20 minutes shopping and none of the the staff acknowledged my partner or I. It seemed like they went out of there way to avoid me. Will never go back or recommend to anyone!

I'm not sure what these reviews are!! I love rejuvenation. People and companies can't help the long delivery times. They have seasonal sales,'so it's common for things to go on sale. I love their display room, and they have many things in stock. Always lovely customer service, and they always take care of me. Btw I'm a professional interiors shopper. These people know what they're doing. Thanks Rejuvination!

Truly awful company. They tout themselves as a luxury high end brand, but apparently their stores are not required to accept return for online items which is truly the worst customer experience imaginable. If you want to return something you have to pay an arm and a leg for return shipping. Speaking of shipping, the shipping cost for a piece of wall art I ordered was 10% the sale price, costing almost $90 despite the fact the box it arrived in was small and light, probably costing very little to ship. Simply charging a flat 10% is just bad business. I have learned my lesson and will never shop with this company ever again.

Terrible experience. Ordered lighting which had no indication when purchasing where they ended up only shipping 1/2 at a time and one piece 1.5 months after the other. Order from elsewhere if you want a timely order or have timelines you need to meet based on shipping info provided.

we order all the time from here but when it comes to them emailing you back with an issue, they won't replay back. I have sent five emails and haven't received not one email back. very disappointed.

In August, I ordered a sofa from Rejuvenation. I haven't received the sofa yet, but have been bombarded with emails advertising the same sofa on sale for $700 less than I paid. I've called customer service, and they won't honor the reduced price. I could understand this if I'd been enjoying my couch for the past several months...but it hasn't even shown up at my house yet. The customer service line told me there's simply nothing they can do since the order was already processed. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and I'll be going elsewhere as we look to furnish the rest of our home.

Beautiful piece but horrible quality. I paid almost $3400 for this recliner that was dropped off my apartment 3 hours prior and the armrest piece came off while watching TV lol. This recliner isn't even worth $30 quality wise. Let's hope I get my refund ASAP so I can shop for another recliner elsewhere.

This is the worst business to deal with. We purchased a media center which arrived damaged. Neither of the sliding doors would open. The drivers who delivered it tried to fix it but it was too badly damaged to be fixed. After many calls we finally got it picked up. We waited for a refund and when that was finally settled we did not receive a credit for the shipping (over $100). In addition, customer service is unable to settle anything....they merely answer phone calls. By the way, "white glove" delivery service turned out to be two nice guys in a rental truck who knew nothing about furniture. Do yourself a favor and buy from a different vendor.

Customer service is terrible. Bought a table from here, and it was ready for shipping a month ago. Every time I called to inquire where the table was, customer service told me that the table is in the warehouse, and delivery people should reach out to me in 24-48 hours. This happened 3 times in the past 3 weeks, and of course there has been no communication from the warehouse. Finally when we called last week, they then tell me that actually delivery is scheduled for next Tuesday (even though they had NOT called me to inform if this time is good for me). Nevertheless, I was happy that I was finally getting the table delivered. But fast forward to today (when they said my table was scheduled for delivery) - no table arrived. So we called them and customer service checks into this: customer service agent is really confused over the phone because they definitely do not see any delivery scheduled for today!!Now guys, I understand it is COVID, I understand that there are shipping delays, BUT WHY ARE YOU LYING TO ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN? I would literally be fine if you told me a month ago that you would not ship for 2 more months. That would be FINE, because I could make plans accordingly. But instead, you guys LIED over and over again that I would get a call in 24 hours, and even LIED about a fake shipment date.I dont usually write reviews like this, but I am furious with what is happening here. Also I will delete this review if someone from MANAGEMENT - not customer service, calls me personally. Let’s get this issue fixed, but PLEASE stop lying to me.

Customer service is terrible. Ordered items online and will not accept returns in store. This is a change to policy that was not announced and now leaves us with thousands of dollars of merchandise that is nearly impossible to ship back.
