The service is ok but they NEVER OPEN ON TIME. If you’re supposed to be open at 9, why is no one here? This is ridiculous that you guys can’t open your business in a timely manner. This is very inconvenient especially when someone is trying to support your business..UPDATE!!! No on came to this shop until AFTER 10am… Someone called me back from the shop at 10:23??♀️ but they open at 9?. I did not answer because I no longer needed their service! Please do better

I wouldn't advise coming here for anything more than getting a tire plugged. I had an issue with my car. Engine light was on. Car was shifting hard into drive and reverse. Car was also in limp mode (would not go over 45 mph). Upon researching the issue it was suggested that I change the camshaft and crankshaft sensors. One was on top of the engine so I changed that one. The other was one that was under the car. I contacted my regular mechanic and they would've been able to get to it 4 days later. So I contacted this place, and was given a quote of $100 to replace the sensor under the car. I brought my car to them, dropped it off, and returned an hour or so later. When I returned, I was told that the sensor I changed on top wasn't properly secured, and nothing was wrong with the old one (top sensor) so they put it back on. They said something about my key was broken so they put tape on it, and that my car was 3 quarts short of oil (which it was not). I got a short lecture about how I should use synthetic oil if I'm going to go over 4 months between changing it. I always use Mobil 1 Synthetic and the best filter. That oil is supposed to be good for over 12K miles. I drive an 06 that had 37K when I got it. It's at 98.5K now I can't do math right now but that's less than 10K on the car a year. I change my oil twice a year. I've had my car over 9 years and it has never had an oil burning issue. I was also told that the sensor I wanted replaced was not the issue. The new price was $150 for everything. I actually paid it. I started my car, lights were off and I drove it home. My car still shifted kinda hard into gear, so I figured that after changing those parts it must've been something else. I looked into the boxes that the sensors came in and the one I changed out was STILL in the box, so they didn't put the old one back on. And the one I actually came to get swapped out was still new in the box and was never put on. So I paid them $150 to clear a code, tighten a bolt and put tape on my key fob. I then drove back up there as it isn't far from where I live. Upon doing so, my engine light popped back on. I got there and talk to them and ask why the sensor I paid them to change out wasn't changed, and the guy I paid makes it out to be my fault. He literally asked me why didn't I stay there. Huh? Can these people be trusted? Obviously not if they told me they put 3 quarts of oil in my car but couldn't show me the bottles. In the end they did replace the sensor that I paid to get replaced, but I had to go back a second time. That's bad business. My issue turned out to be electrical. I ended up getting that taken care of on Ognen and Kostner (review coming later). But I don't feel that these people can be trusted. It's sad because you try to give your "local" mechanics a try and this is how they do you. Like I said, I wouldn't let them do more than change/plug a tire. Their prices are a little high even for basic tire repairs. I guess I get given the times we live in they can get away with that, but take your car somewhere else for major repairs. You pay for your lessons they say. Mine cost $150. I've since bought a nice bidirectional scanner so I can diagnose my own problems. If there's someone out there reading this that does businesses with them often and didn't have the issues I had, great. Keep doing business with them. I never will again.
