Ravenswood Animal Hospital has been an exceptional place for our pets. The staff is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to ensure our dogs receive the best care possible. The facility is clean and welcoming. The veterinarians take the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions we have, which we greatly appreciate. From routine check-ups to emergency care, we’ve always felt confident in the treatment our pets receive. DOCTORS Including the owners and majority of the staff is disingenuous, severely lacking the basic knowledge, clueless of what they need and should be doing for their sick patient, in turn causing more health issues and complications!! They do not look out for your fur babies wellness, misinform and mistreat!!!
AVOID THIS PLACE! SAVE YOURSELF AND ESPECIALLY YOUR BELOVED FURBABIES from this HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

I brought my German Shepard in to se Dr Mitchell yesterday for shots and a exam .Peaches being a senior dog has some hip issues and Dr.Mitchell went about and beyond explaining to me the options that I have to keep Peaches pain at a minimum .Dr Mitchell was patient and answered all my questions and was also very personable .Thank you Ravenswood Hospital you have a new customer. I made a appointment for one of my other dogs right away

My dog is selective with food and other animals so I'm always anxious to take him to any vet clinic. The people there are very understanding of that and whenever I've gone, I feel like they treat my dog with kindness and genuine care. I feel very comfortable talking to the vet and we create a plan that's more collaborative.

I took my dog, Oliver, to Dr. Olsen for all 11 years of his life and we never had anything short of a wonderful experience. During our appointments Dr. Olsen was always knowledgeable, compassionate, and would present a variety of options for whatever issue was occurring. Towards the end of Oliver’s life she went above and beyond to check-in with me and provided not only exceptional treatment, but support as well. As a first time pet-owner she was always available for any questions or concerns I had. Everyone at Ravenswood Animal Hospital is fantastic, I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you for all you do.

We had the absolute best experience at Ravenswood Animal Hospital! They got us in right away, and the staff were so kind and attentive! They treated our dog so gently and showered him with treats (so he also gives a 5 star rating). This was definitely the most pleasant vet experience we had, and we'll definitely be back!

Dr Olsen and her staff are amazing ! I have been with her for 16 years. They treat you and your fur baby like family. Always follows up after visits . Truly the best

Can't say enough good things- great Dr (dr. Olsen) - knowledgable, kind, spent time during my dog's wellness visit to explain all the areas of risk for Maja's breed- gave fantastic advice on spaying options. Highly recommend!

Every person that works here is wonderful and professional. They have taken very good care of my pup and are always thorough with him. They take the time to answer all my questions and we never feel like we are being rushed. I trust them with all of Mushu’s care and needs.
