I don't always run into stores five minutes before closing. But when I do, I appreciate when the staff is a good sport about it. I went in to make an exchange. Mallory was great to work with. Easygoing, efficient. I will definitely shop at Rapha again due to the customer service I received. Thanks Mallory!

Jake was patient in helping me last week (just looking) and today to purchase a rain jacket & winter hat. I had to try on to make sure it fit and met my needs. He also showed me items to consider which included product details that are important to me. I will be back God willing!
