They have alot of plus sizes in nice styles that you cant find in any other rainbow in the whole city I love this location the most they are also the most cheapest out of all the rainbows in the city i been to this year

4/29/22 5:40 Doors locked. Per the previous google review they claim to have addressed the issue. The manager is ok with this, then reply on Google like they care. That location will be closed down soon. All the business going to other locations.Nevamind , I called the district office. Guy on the phone said it's cool for them to close 30 minutes early lmao

Went today haven’t been in YEARS the door is locked at 130pm but the sign says closes at 6pm. I haven’t been there in years because they have nasty attitudes they’re just in there getting paid with the doors locked I will be reporting them to the BBB

Managers were very rude; Asked for exchange with receipt and tags in tact, was told the item was damaged and had been worn, all of which was false (I even took photos and sent to their customer service email). Manager then proceeds to push the policy sign in my face and say read it. No where did it reinforce her assertion that a tagged item with valid receipt could only be exchanged at original store. Clearly the policy states that cash refunds are only done at initial staore. Called customer service, they agreed, called store and spoke to managers who still refused to comply with their corporate policy, basically telling me to take my business elsewhere. Customer service had to escalate to regional manager and I still haven’t gotten what I was requesting: customer service and to exchange my item. For all they know, I was going to buy more than I was credited for and due to store’s vicinity to my job they had but they have blown any opportunity of me being a repeat shopper. Do not give this store your business unless you want to be treated like a criminal.
