Unfortunately, today I returned to this place again to look for some pants, I was with my baby and in her stroller, but the “manager” said that I could not enter with the stroller, the baby carrier, or my backpack because she could steal something from me ?? ♀️unfortunately this store is going down because of this staff, so that manager knows, I'm going to buy, I don't like stealing ??♀️how is this possible? Since I'm going to walk around with my baby in my arms and holding clothes that lack empathy and professionalism, in short, with this I will never return to this store on 26th! It is the only one with terrible service and discrimination, especially with Hispanics because the lady pretended not to speak Spanish and with her assistant who was speaking Spanish ??♀️?Honestly, if you are already bored with your job, look for new staff ?

My daughter got a gift from her father and never tried or took tags off the items and they wouldn't exchange because it was a bra set it was still on original hanger. I understand about it being a hygiene thing but it wasn't even tired on they could of exchange for a bigger size it was still sellable. I'm sorry but I won't shop there again

Before I lived here in Chicago and I came to buy in this store, today 11-12-2023 I came with my husband and my children. He from security said that we couldn't have our backpack... ok I understand that and we took it to the place where Leave it, later I was looking at shirts for my child, I measured one for him, the man from security said he couldn't measure my child's clothes...I don't think I will ever return to this store again...??♀️??

Nice clothes, but terrible service, especially the woman and the man who were there today, I think the man is security, but it's annoying that he's always behind you??I literally went through the entire store and he just kept walking behind me as if I were leaving to steal a blouse and a perfume for 4.99? the lady who was charging the same was smelling the perfumes and snatched them away?I came last, I didn't bring the shorts because I asked her if she had bigger sizes and she didn't even answer but of course it was more important The call I was on ?It's stupid to be a cashier and be on the phone. Personally, I never thought they would do that to me. It seemed disrespectful that they were both behind me taking care of me. It's supposed to be a fucking store to see! Look for! Hang out! Or is it an exact amount of time that we have to be there??? I literally had a little bag ?that could dig me into that little bag the size of ?unpleasant I hope they change that security or call his attention it's ugly that they do that maybe it's for racism but to be clear with other people he didn't do it ??
