Twice they messed up the crease on my pants, ignoring the stitched-in one and creating a double crease effect. I thought if I pointed out the stitched-in crease, they would be able to do it, but they still messed it up.
They're polite and helpful, but they don't seem to be very skilled at pressing garments.

If I could rate a minus 0 review I would!! I had several nice pieces altered and they did a less than HORRIBLE job!!! If it’s not a simple repair or hem, please save yourself the overcharged fee and less than professional work. To add insult to injury,, they took zero responsibility for the poor quality of their work. I don’t mind paying for good service. More than anything, I’m sorely disappointed. I would’ve preferred they say, they couldn’t do it! Costly lesson learned. Hope I can save someone else the frustration, borderline anger that I feel.

Paid $15 to receive my hoodie the same way I gave it to them, except my hoodie strings were misaligned and removed from the hole. I could've done much more by simply not coming to this establishment. Would've been great if either of the Korean women working there mentioned any issues that could've occurred during the process. Only visit here because its near home but won't be returning for their business. The dragon year will not be kind to them.

I was having trouble with the zipper of my jacket, so I stopped by to ask if they could repair it. The lady was very kind, she searched for a pair of pliers and fixed it.I had already unsuccessfully tried this at home, but she managed to do it quickly and it has lasted for a year now.She didn't want to charge me any money.

I took my all white SGT. Uniform shirts to them. My collars on them tend to get really dirty due to sweat. This cleaners actually got my shirts looking brand new. I could tell they really took their time on my items. I truly appreciate you all for this! Thank you! Keep up the great work.Service: Laundry wash & fold

This is your typical overpriced Hyde Park business that has confused east of the "viadock" with the Upper East Side, New York! They claimed they could resole my dress shoes for $30. Two weeks later, I was hit by a whopping $90 bill: close to what that pair originally cost. When they went down to $60 after I remarked on the difference, I knew I was being made a fool of. My message to "Rainbow": you can rip off the bougie U of C profs at the Del Mar. I, on the other hand, am going to take my business elsewhere!

The WORST dry cleaners I've ever been to! I called here pretty desperate looking for someone to hem my daughter's dress and the woman who answered asked me to bring it in. I brought it in & she says it's going to be $50 a layer according to her "manager". First of all, they don't even speak English. Already a red flag! Then, I asked her to call the manager because I wanted to know why they were charging so much. She claimed he was "busy". So I asked her, how did she get the quote if he was "busy" when she called so I told her to call him back. Not only did the manager, Miguelito, cut me off multiple times when I tried asking why was it costing so much, but he also hung up in my face. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I came here from out of town & I knew they were trying to rip me off. DON'T EVER COME HERE!!!!!!

My friend visited this business for possible alterations and they did not respect any boundaries during the interaction (the man pulled her dress up from behind for all guests to see without warning). This was a very discomforting experience and they did not respect that she wanted to leave after this happened. Please work on communication with your clients and revealing their bodies to other guests without any warning.

Phenomenal customer service and exceptional treatment of all my garments.Everything in my closet goes to them for A++ cleaning, alteration, and/or storage. Clothes returned professionally cleaned, tailored, repaired. There's been nothing I've brought to them they've not been able to service.I hope they stay in business for many years to come!!

Needed a bunch of work clothes tailored for a new position I was starting. I lost a little weight and couldn’t fit any of my dress clothes. Paid about $250+ for 2 full suits and 2 additional pants to be hemmed and slimmed down. It took them an extra day Over what they told me it would take but honestly I’m not even upset because they fit amazingly! Best tailoring I’ve ever had done. Not cheap but not overly expensive either but also worth it. I look great and feel great and will be bringing in more items to tailor here. They are also very friendly and efficient. Thank you.

I dropped of my wedding dress for steaming before the wedding day. The dress came back all wrinkled in the back area. I payed 120$ and had to run to target the day of the wedding to get a steamer and fix the press. I regret I didn’t check the condition of the dress in the store. Do not recommend.
