They must not have liked me or something cuz I paid for complete interior and exterior for $150 from Groupon (originally $250!) and maybe it's cuz I had a Groupon that I didn't deserve for my interior to be shampooed (which IF your car is shampooed you can smell it..of course), sticker residue still present, and streaks all over. My wait was 8am to 1pm (with an 8am reservation). Communication is ridiculous. I should've looked at their yelp reviews first. Just glad I didn't spend $250 I guess...

Business is either permanently closed or staff is too unprofessional to respond to calls during business hours. I purchased the detailing package through their website. I've received no response to my calls at both their locations and when I drove to this location their lights were all off.

I hate going to carwashes for the very reason I will not be going back here. I paid $30 and a $4 tip I have a mid size SUV. My car was still dirty inside and out. They seemed irritated I was complaining. Carwashes don't treat women or provide the same service they do to men.. The men cars were spotless they spent more time and effort. Women known to tip better get the short end of all the sticks... I will not be back..

This was the worst quality car wash and the price was high for the lack of service. They did not bother wiping down the dirty spots and did not wipe the dashboard or cup holder areas at all.
I have a dog so there is a lot of dog hair and stains that I specifically asked them to take care of. This was horrible service, overly priced and I will not be returning. I have been trying to call them to get a refund for how horrible it was and they won’t answer their phone line. Do not waste your time or money going here, you’re better off cleaning the car yourself.

Great service and price, but are terrible at communicating hours of operation. They’ll close randomly through the day, without any indication on when they’ll be reopening, such a huge inconvenience.

Stay away if you care about your paint. Went in two times and my paint is just about totaled. They used visibly dirty rags and could hear them dragging sediment around my paint when washing. I’ll attach images of how bad the swirls are all over my car after coming here. Had faith in this place, absolutely awful. Going to pay 1k for a full correction and never come back.

One of the best hand car wash places in north side Chicago at a very reasonable price. Adolfo the manager is always friendly and willing to address special requests without any up charge ! Also love their program of 10 washes, get one free (keep their punch card!). If you have a car you care about a lot (like me with my BMW- then Quiroga is the place for you).

Hi I don’t recommend this car wash. The attendant first washed the wheels and then the rest of the car with the same rag. They didn’t rinse the car and it caused a lot of scratches on the paint. Think about this before coming here.Service: Full body wash

Went to get a car wash and paid for both exterior and interior detail. Exterior looks fine but my interior was left with lots of dust. Looks like they did a really quick wipe down of everything and didn’t really clean anything. There’s dust on my dash, a stain that I was able to take out with water on a napkin by the center console. Overall very disappointed with the quality of this place. There were only 3 cars in there and no line, so no reason to not put any effort into doing what their job is- detailing. There are still crumbs on my seat so they didn’t bother to vacuum much either. I will not be coming back to this place again. Save your money for another place that puts attention to basic detail.
