DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. NOT HONEST WORKERS.My tire light came on and I knew I was due to get a replacement on my tires. Which is the only thing I brought the car in for. When I picked it up the engine light was on, when I reached out to the guy who replaced the tires he is claiming that it was on from the beginning (which is a LIE). Even worse is he is refusing to look at the car and explain to me why the light is on. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

C'mon Fox, you can't give an accurate estimate of a warranty repair?Fox service repeatably breaks the Car Repair Sin of promising something at a certain date, but delivering later. Do not believe them if they say a repair/covered warranty fix will "take a couple" of days. You need to at least double that. Add to that the service people are strangely unfriendly, and I think I'll go to Golf Mill instead.

What a bunch of @$$ hats, schedule an oil change (40 minute Drive) show up 3 minutes late, ask Alonzo a simple question. What's the brake fluid service interval, "30,000 miles they won't cover it before then." I then ask what's the time because brake fluid isn't lifetime. The conversation slid progressively downhill from there. I was then asked and told to go speak to the manager Steve, who proceeded to make me wait in his doorway knowing well I was walking over. At which point I left this establishment, this might be the worst service experience ever in 43 years. These individuals don't know basic automotive maintenance and when they get upset they tell you to "Go call Ford" lol you are Ford! Do not buy your Ford F150 Raptor, Ford F150 Raptor R l, Bronco Raptor, Mustang GT500, Ford GT, from these guys you will pay for it in double dealing with this service department. Sad wasted 90 minutes of my life I can't get back due to these individuals.

We had to bring our Escape into the dealership instead of our regular mechanic because Ford made sure to make Hybrid batteries that only dealerships can recharge. Every call we make receives a reply that someone will call you back. Instead we get a text back with little to no helpful information and when we try to reply with specific questions they do not answer them or ask that they call instead of text because it is faster they do not reply back. This place is maddening.Funny, because then vehicle that is in for repairs may need to be replaced and originally we thought about getting a Ford. After this experience I think the Ford is out of the running since it would be a giant hassle to get anything fixed that has to be done at the dealership.

Too many different prices, wasn't quick or ready when they said it was, highly expensive. We all know only go to a dealership if that's the only place that can fix it

Call and sit on hold for 15 minutes and get a recording to leave a message. I've tried three times... how they stay in business is amazing... I guess being the only Ford option in the 3rd largest city in the US helps! Maybe Devoss should spend some of their millions to hire people to answer their phones!.

They couldn't hook up to the Ford server. I am not exactly sure what that meant. Had to bring my car back the next day. Fixed the problem. No loaner cars.

Had a swell experience trading my 2020 Escape for a 2017 MKZ. Got a comfier, more luxurious ride, and felt like I was given a fair shake after some negotiation. All in all, a good dealership to do business with.

This place is nice and will let you know if anything needs work, but they labor fees are thur the roof. If you want a certified car dealer to work on your car it's fine, if you willing to pay that fee

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PICK ANOTHER FORD DEALER!! This dealership is non trust worthy they tried to scam me for a 200$ computer analysis even though I spoke to them and told them what part needed to be replaced instead of replacing the coolant sensor like I asked they tried to rob me of 200$ by telling me my vehicle warranty wasn’t valid even when I gave them the copy that clearly showed it is still covered for another 35,000+ miles. I got on the phone with the warranty company who told be my deductible is 100$ that the labor and cost is covered under the warranty. These dealer isn’t professional and is just looking for money! I will be sending my suv to a real certified ford dealer with real personals to make sure my last appointment was actually done proper since I can’t trust that they actually replaced the recall part from my first visit! Don’t waste your time pick another ford dealer!Service: General repairs & maintenance
