Walked-in with one other person waiting. Used self check-in walk-in. Someone behind me did the same thing, walk-in.They took the person who walked in after me before anyone else although he was a walk-in is well but not before the person working there flirted with him through the glass window asking if he was there to see her and talk about how he couldn’t get in yesterday because he didn’t have an ID.Ended up leaving but not before I witnessed the women waiting before me knock on the door for several minutes while you can clearly hear the employees talking and laughing in the back room without a care in the world.

I am seriously in awe at how poorly the phlebotomist at this location treated me. She was the most aloof, unknowledgeable person I think I’ve ever run into in the healthcare setting. I left without having the blood drawn that I need. I then tried to call the phone number on the window, but no one answers. It’s a automated system. For god sakes, if you don’t like your lob quit!

Do NOT go to the Halsted location! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. First I went there with a scheduled appointment and the employee turned me away saying they didn't have the code for my blood test (I found out later the code was there but it was under "Doctor's notes" which she apparently thought was too difficult to check. After getting in contact with my Doctor and returning an hour later (45 minutes before they closed) I signed in on the StandBy list and waited patiently for about 15 minutes. Once I was next on the list the SAME EMPLOYEE came out and asked if I was the same person as before, I said yes, clarifying I had the code she needed (although again she already had that information). She then told me that my 15-minute appointment had expired and that I had to reschedule and come back a different day. I told her that I understood that but had signed up as a walk-in and pointed to the screen where it showed my Name was next for Stand-by. She repeated herself in a condescending tone a few more times, and I tried to explain that I was not here under my old appointment I was next on the standby list. She then said "I don't know what else to tell you" and went to the back room, shutting the door behind her, leaving me alone in the waiting room with my name blinking on the screen showing "Standby-Next". It was so disrespectful and it was clear to me that although the office was open for an additional 25 minutes, she did not want to work. It's one thing if it's a retail store or a restaurant, but we're talking about LIFE-ALTERING BLOOD TESTS HERE. I will never set foot in that clinic again. I pray if she ever needs medical work done she does not have to face a terrible, uncompassionate, and incompetent employee like her. God Bless and Quest... I would reconsider your hiring practices.

AWFUL customer support , they don’t have an actual phone line FOR ANY LOCATION , the employees were very rude , work with no urgency or sense/regard for time , they sent me to another location to take the test because they were out of them …. How are you out of scheduled testing kits , terrible , absolutely shady company

Phlebotomist was beyond obnoxious. I asked for a butterfly needle for my child, and she ignored me. I thought she might not have heard me, so I tried again with no response as she silently drew his blood with a large needle. When I asked her if they had butterfly needles at Quest, she replied yes. Wow. I have never had anyone give me pushback on this before, and she was so unkind.

Terrible service from a staff that has zero people skills!, but obviously the company itself couldn't care less since all these one star reviews keep accumulating.

Took my time on a working afternoon to show up at this place only to find out they can't accept a lab form emailed to them. They have to have it printed. The office is full of printers. There's a printer in every room. These guys can't accept me emailing my 1 page lab form to them to print out on a printer they have in every room. I have to go somewhere else print out my lab form for them to scan, upload into their computer, and then print out again.

Why have walk in appointment available for marketing when it's not true. Visited today 1460 N. Halsted customer service was horrible. Person told me to do what I have to do. Is this how we treat customers. Quest should consider saying appointments only I traveled over half an hour for this location to get unacceptable service and care. I will continue to go to elsewhere.Rude like I've never seen. Management needs to do something about the service here or hire new Phlebotomist.

Sabrina was quick with the blood draw and kind and professional. I come to this location because they have a bench you can lay down on during the blood draw if you tend to get dizzy. It's on the second floor, the building is weird and there are no public restrooms-- quest has one but you have to wait until they have time to let you in.

I have been to this location twice. I had no problems with online registration or staff during my visits.

Had been coming there for2 years as a walk in with no issues but when I went last week, although waiting area was practically empty, was told they would not take any walk ins.
