I was a bit scared given some of the other reviews but I’m glad I decided to ignore and see for myself. I had one of the best blood draw experiences I’ve ever had. I faint, so I let the person helping me know and she was able to get me in a room with a bed so I could lay down. She then did a great job at adjusting to find my vein on the first try without having to do multiple pokes. She was very talented and had a very light hand. Barely felt the needle go in and out. She made what is for me an anxious experience, very comfortable and manageable and she was very understanding of my anxiety.

Yesterday I am very scared of getting blood work. The phlebotomist in room 2 did a great job of relaxing me and talking me through the process. Past experience with Quest hasn’t been the greatest. Didn’t feel nothing and was ask multiple times throughout how I felt. Only down fall is multiple workers are walking in and out the room which can be uncomfortable. The two women standing on the computers outside the room kept walking in asking the phlebotomist questions and touching the computer she was using. The tall African lady became annoying walking out leaving the door open countless times, leading to the phlebotomist having to close it multiple times. Would give it 5 stars to the phlebotomist (beautiful smile and energy) but due to the two taller women coming in and out multiple times it gets a 3. The super tall one seem to have an attitude and like to look over her coworker shoulders. If you don’t like who you work with tell them in private instead of staring them down. Only person who was uncomfortable was me then the worker was focus solely on me.

Quest is quite the clown show. I can't imagine this place is constantly being sued. I have a large hematoma on my hand from my blood draw. The first two individuals couldn't find a vein in my hand. Yes, that's right, they couldn't find a vein in my hand. I have never had this happen. The staff is very, very unqualified so if you want be a human pincushion with an injury to yourself, go to Quest. They also said there wasn't another test in the system that was faxed over but it was actually faxed over as I confirmed with the nurse at my doctors office. So now I have to have a second draw that needs to be done which could have all been done on one visit and I am not doing it at Quest. The people at Quest do not know what they are doing so I would avoid if at all possible and they will likely cost your extra money and potentially even harm you. Avoid, avoid, avoid

I am reviewing on behalf of my husband:
After my blood draw, I felt like I was going to pass out. I clearly vocalized this to my phlebotomist and the others around me several times. They gave me ice packs to put on my forehead and instructed me to stay in the chair even though I asked to lay down. The next thing I knew, I was waking up to a staff member's hand on my chest. They gave me water and after some time I left. I, understandably, felt "out of it" and on my way home developed a massive headache. It was not until my wife got home three hours later, that she noticed a large bump had formed over my left eyebrow - exactly where my headache was located.
There is no other explanation besides me slumping in the phlebotomy chair and hitting my head on the table that was to the left of me after passing out. However, nothing was said to me by the staff that I had hit my head which is absolutely unacceptable. I'm sure there is a procedure that staff must follow when a patient starts feeling lightheaded. Either that wasn't followed or the procedure needs to urgently be revised. Clearly patient safety is not a priority and neither is transparency, both of which are completely unacceptable.

Easy to get a reservation. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Latisha was very kind and flexible. The appointments were all booked so I stopped by to join the waitlist and it was a very simple process without a long wait time. 4 stars only because it’s clearly understaffed and the people there should have more support.

It was a nice experience

The visit was ok, the practitioner was nice. However, the amount of hair that was taken was outrageous, especially considering that I have alopecia. I have 3 small bald spots from this.

I love having to come here, they are so quick, efficient and very friendly. I don't think I've ever been in this facility longer than 10 min

Very easy experience. I showed up 10 minutes early and they saw me right away. My phlebotomist drew my blood more carefully than the person at my PCP. She was kind and attentive so I think some of the negative reviews indicate that the staff member you get really shapes the experience.
Only drawback was the Quest app not having as much info as I’d like and there’s no easy way to contact them.

Terrible customer service and extremely rude staff.
I can not understand who hired the staff here and if the senior management knows how poorly they treat customers.

Walked-in with one other person waiting. Used self check-in walk-in. Someone behind me did the same thing, walk-in.They took the person who walked in after me before anyone else although he was a walk-in is well but not before the person working there flirted with him through the glass window asking if he was there to see her and talk about how he couldn’t get in yesterday because he didn’t have an ID.Ended up leaving but not before I witnessed the women waiting before me knock on the door for several minutes while you can clearly hear the employees talking and laughing in the back room without a care in the world.

I am seriously in awe at how poorly the phlebotomist at this location treated me. She was the most aloof, unknowledgeable person I think I’ve ever run into in the healthcare setting. I left without having the blood drawn that I need. I then tried to call the phone number on the window, but no one answers. It’s a automated system. For god sakes, if you don’t like your lob quit!
