First time customer absolutely loved loved loved my experience! Received royal treatment! The volcano pedi was worth every penny! My nails and toes are flawless! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I’ve been to Queen Nails on occasion before, but after this last appointment, I will not be back. I came in for a fill and instead the nail tech insisted on removing my current extensions, not by soaking them off, but by instead ripping them off with a fake nail. I said that what he was doing hurt me and I was gaslit and told that “it didn’t hurt” and that I needed to “relax” and that I was “worried.” I cannot even count on my fingers how many times he told me to relax my already relaxed hands during the appointment. It’s pretty hard to relax when your tech is ripping your actual nail backwards and nagging you every minute. At one point he said “I don’t get it everyone else can hold their hand like this.” Poor customer service and refused to adapt to me as a client. Overall, he did an okay job. It’s not as nice as the picture I showed him, but it will have to do. All in all, this experience was not worth the $120+ I was charged for. I will continue to take my business elsewhere going forward!

Queen nails is my spot! They are consistently good at what they do. I haven’t encountered a bad nail tech since I’ve been coming here (almost a year). They are excellent at doing acrylic nails and pedicures. The owner (Frankie) is super friendly and always makes sure clients feel welcome and have water.
My nails are almost a week old in the attached photo and they still look new!

Be prepared to be overcharged and get mediocre service. The outcome was horrible I’ll go back to my old place or continue wearing press on nails this place is ridiculous and the front desk person is rude.

Queen nails is my spot! They are consistently good at what they do. I haven't encountered a bad nail tech since I've been coming here (almost a year). They are excellent at doing acrylic nails and pedicures. The owner (Frankie) is super friendly and always makes sure clients feel welcome and have water. My acrylic nails are almost a week old in the photo attached and they still look new!

Came here for a gel-x set and pedicure. After 2 days, 2 nails already broke off :( pedicure is good tho.

I’ve been coming here for years but seem like anytime I need a wax the lady is never Available to do my wax they do good work but they are never available for wax they should have someone back there who can do waxes for customers I’m gonna have to find me a loyal person to do my waxes now

* My nail technician is Yuki (awesome), and if she is not around, Tracy is a great choice.
This place will not disappoint!!!

My acrylic nails look AMAAAZING and só natural. Andy did my toes and nails, he very polite, nice, professional and good at his job. I super recommend!!!!!
