This is the worst company & horrible management. They never respond to emails or phone. All they need is monthly HOA payments. Never resolve our concerns.

Quality Management & Rentals is an unethical property management company that breaks all sorts of laws in pursuit of profits.

If I could give this company a zero star I would. They are terrible at communicating, give very short notice (ex. Emailing Friday about changing the locks on Monday and the number they give to pick up your new key doesn't even answer), and do not get issues resolved in a timely manner. I do not reccomend.

These people never respond in a timely fashion. If and when they do get back to you there emails are unclear or vague Don’t bother giving them a call no one answers or when left a message no follow up call. Really hope this company folds or I bought out by a company who values there people.

QM is managing our 64 units Building for 8 years now. They are always on top of each and every emergency and we built great reserves, actually my assessment went DOWN around $15 (from $250 to $235 for a 2 bdr-1 bath with parking, heat included, elevator in the building) few months ago. When they took over, the water in the building was unpaid and shut off, that`s how bad we were doing. All owners and tenants seem really happy now. I do recommend them in managing any Building.

Terrible. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM IN ANY CAPACITY. Natalie who runs it totally unprofessional, rude (hangs up phone and calls her team "imbeciles" for example) and is a slumlord. Every single one of my neighbors in my building has had a negative experience with her. She doesn't fix anything, she is a terrible communicator and she just ignores emails. She is also RESPONSIBLE for a huge RAT infestation at our nice building because she and her people refused to properly address the situation and LIED to tenants and the building owners about the issue. I had a LIVE RAT in my apartment thanks to her inaction and lies. She should never run any business or work in any capacity with people. She's a terrible manager and an ever worse human being.

Quality Management & Rentals is a terrible company. I would recommend that any building owner looking for a management company to manage their rental property stay away at all cost. They are unresponsive to tenant needs for the most basic of services. I personally requested that they change the intercom system which allows entry into my building to be changed to reflect the information and access code for the new tenants as the system operates with the use of personal cell phone and they still have not responded to the request that was made originally over TWO months ago! There have been multiple emails and phone calls made to fix this yet, in true form they provide only excuses. This is not only irresponsible but incredibly dangerous as the neighborhood has had burglaries and a killing last year and they are putting their tenants at risk, (and the building owner at risk of a lawsuit) if they cannot gain access to the building late at night for whatever reason and are done harm. Additionally, I came home to find one of their workers in my unit without my permission. This was shocking to me. He had the excuse that he was there to fix a window but must have entered the wrong unit. There is absolutely no trust with this organization and they do not operate in a way that that is responsible or worthy of trust in allowing them access to the building tenants homes.
