TRASH! They have garbage people working the phones and he proceeded to get mad at me when I told him "No thanks, we have found it at a better price" (which was about $300 less). Then starts telling me I must be looking for garbage parts and asked why I was calling him if I found a better price. I should have trusted my gut when he answered the phone I knew he was a scammer. Then I google the company and see all of these horrible reviews. Thank God I didn't buy anything. ****HE JUST CALLED BACK TO MY BUSINESS TRYING TO TALK JUNK TO ME FOR HANGING UP ON HIM!**** STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!

They didn’t answer any email or phone call after a month and a half they still hadn’t contacted me or sent any information about the transmission I had purchased. They are a scam!!

Bought a transmission for my car and put it in, had grinding noise from start, dealer said bad bearing in transmission, they wouldn't replace or give my money back. Don't by from here they are rip off artists.

I had a bad experience with this company. The first part was faulty. The second was broken due to packed. The refund was only partially because they “restock” the return part. Restocking to the garbage because the part was damaged! He recommending you avoid this company!!

They are terrible they told me they would give me a full refund for my auto part that I could not even use they charge me $200 for restocking fee don't ever use them

Do not use this service, if it can even be called that. Customer service is horrendous and they will try to gouge you with ridiculous prices. The experience I had interacting with "Quality" Auto Parts, was anything but quality. It felt like a scam. You have been warned.

Called & spoke to Frank, if that is his real name. Bought a ABS module used, He assured me he had in stock & would not need to be programed. The I received a phone call from a guy Shawn, he said part was defected. I asked for refund, but he said they would get another part. I didn't want to wait, I wanted a refund which they said was not going to happen. I called frank & he said they found one & would send it out. Fine, it got here a few days later, full of grease & just did not look good at all. I know it was a used part, but it was all pitted & filthy. I swapped modules & it still needed to be programed. I would not recommend this seller. This is just me, buyer beware.

I called these guys to get a price on a part and signed uo for them to call me back I got a text message saying call us for the best prices I then get a phone call from someone who could barely speak English and I asked about the price of the part I needed and he said so your not going to buy the part I said I would like to k on the price the person I spoke to hung up on me and texted me don't call for parts unless your serious about buying parts so I texted back saying your text said to CALL FOR THE BEST PRICES just goes to show you how shady they are and probably rip people off

Paid $99.00 via email link after I was solicited from their website called USA Quality Auto Parts. I thought for sure I was scammed as I had no order number, no receipt after I paid. 3 days later in a priority mail plastic envelope they shipped me a 1997 Buick Skylark Turn/Dimmer switch that looks like it was underwater, in dirty filthy condition. It's a miracle it wasn't broken into a hundred pieces not being in a box. I was told LIKE NEW CONDITION lol. The part came from Nick at Ace Auto Wreckers in Deer Park NY. I wonder what he has to say? They use a dozen different phone numbers so you can't pin them down. The 855 number has no idea what your talking about. I'm going to get the State Attorneys Office on these rip off artists. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This company will take your money. Fraud was told that we was purchasing a motor that had 33000 miles on it and they sent us a motor that has 144000 miles and the motor look like it has been on fire. Try to call them and they don’t answer their phone or they will pretend they are a Janitor service like really. They need to be charge with fraud. Yes we have contacted the authorities.

I was quoted a price but was charged $120.00 extra service fee. I was promised part in 5-7 days, the tracking number provided showed part being shipped to several depots throughout the US, then showed being held due to no commercial invoice and now today the part is being returned to shipper. I did not feel comfortable dealing with this company but was assured the part would arrive as promised. I used Paypal for payment as I still thought they were fraudulent and have filed a dispute with Paypal. This company is a bunch of inconsiderate scammers.Updating as promised, I was issued a full refund for parts today and the salesman explained the shipping company was at least partially responsible for the mistakes made. So, I don't have my parts but I am satisfied that a full refund was issued promptly and this action by the seller has restored at least some of my trust.

The company is based out of Bangalore , India. Salvages used parts from companies listed on junkyard.com. These guys are brokers and the prices are exorbitant when compared to the listing on Junkyard for the same part.Note : I was one of their employees ?

I was online, late at nite, searching for a part, so I made a "parts request" with QAP, for a VW trans. Within 5 minutes, I get a phone call. The man says they have what I need. I see the area code is nearby and ask where he is. He is 50 miles away, so I tell him I can pick it up. He tells me the part is in Arizona ? I live northern Calif. I get two more call early the next morning. I haven't paid for anything and have no intention of sending money.

Shitty service. They tried to charge me $140 for a plastic f****** hubcap and $100 for a power door mirror. Luckily I wasn't stupid enough to fall for it
