I can only comment from the perspective of being a guest at a party (well my kid was).The biggest takeaway was "Wow! That seemed so easy.'"It had all the charm of the at home personalized parties I attended as a child (that I don't have the room to recreate in a city house) mixed with the organization and experience of professionals who are used to hosting gatherings of children.I've been to other spaces that did an ok job, but it felt like we were on a party conveyer belt and the staff was just counting down the moments until they could leave. Purple Monkey Playroom was the opposite. It was structured, but not oppressively so. The employee seemed like she was honestly invested in the event running smoothly and everyone having a good time.Total win/win situation.The kids had fun, the hostess had fun, the other parents had fun!This is where I will go for our next party!

Today I brought my son here for the first time for “open play”. At first look it seems like a decent place to have playtime. There is a good variety of toys and pretend play areas. A few reasons I will not return.1. Poor cleanliness. I saw someone else complained about this, but the owner responded and made it seem like that person is not credible. However, I completely agree, this facility is not clean. The floor is sticky, I had to wash my hands twice, just because I had gotten on the floor with my son and my hands got super sticky. My socks were even sticking to the floor. Considering we were the first open play of the day, I would expect the floor to be clean.2. Because of the response I saw from the owner, saying that people should address cleanliness with the staff instead of “ranting”. Perhaps the owner should ensure the cleanliness and not expect people not to share their experiences, good or bad.3. Lastly, when you walk in, you put your belongings and shoes in this little area. It’s very disorganized. There needs to be shoe shelves and a better area for strollers considering the clientele.I have 2 stars because the staff was friendly, the concept is nice, and the variety of play options were favorable. However, I do feel it’s reasonable to lose 3 stars for cleanliness; especially where kiddos are crawling around.

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Went here for a birthday party & won't be back. The space is small but functional with standard toys (blocks, a slide, dolls, musical toys that were broken). But my issue was the lack of cleanliness. The toys were visibly dirty with black crud wedged in crevices of blocks, dolls, musical toys and toy cars. I watched as staff put all of the toys back in bins and in their resting spot never to be cleaned after the party ended. There were NO bins for used toys or broken toys. Everything was dumped and put back. There should be a bin for overnight disinfection because I've worked in this type of environment. The place is gross.Staff was ready to go so I get it, but damn, they couldn't even be bothered to lysol wipe down the toys after we left. There were NO disinfecting wipes or sprays visible or in the staff backroom that I accidentally walked into (I thought it was the bathroom, it is a really small place). Again, just spraying down is the bare minimum, but staff had coats and boots on and were ready to go. We saw them lock up the front door as soon as we walked to our car.Just wash your kids hands and bathe them after spending time here because they are sure to get some illness from this filthy place.

We had an amazing experience with Purple Monkey Playroom hosting our baby's first birthday party there. The decorations they provided plus the cake were very professional and beautiful. The two assistants that were there to help us brought a great energy to the party. The playroom itself is a great space for the kids with so many different kinds of toys. Highly recommend this to any busy parents that want to create a fun party for your children.

We had my daughter's 1st birthday party here and it was awesome. There were other kids (including our older daughter) who loved the activities and space. It was so nice to not have to worry about setting up or cleaning up. Our staff assistant was AMAZING! I truly cannot say enough good things.

I really enjoyed myself and so did my kids ? My sons 1st birthday was a success, we showed up 30 mins late and our host Shonda ( I hope I got her name right ), still accommodated us with EVERYTHING. She even played with the kids and kept up with the parents. 10/10 I highly recommend for the little ones.

Hosted my son’s first birthday, Place was really clean and had a variety of different toys. Kids had a wonderful time! Ashley was really friendly and very helpful from the start to the end. Definitely recommend! Thank you

Hosted my daughter's 2nd bday party here and it was excellent. The set up was perfect and seamless. Communication throughout the process was great and effective. Kids had a blast, adults did not have to clean up, that's a win win for everyone.

The staff was helpful and i loved the decorations for my LO's birthday party. The facility is clean and it was great to offer the kids different toys than we have at home.

First experience was great. Veronica was amazing and had us feel like family. There wasn't any other kids there for the open play, but Veronica let us know when would be the best time for our son to get the chance to interact with other children. Complimentary coffee, water, and such hospitality I would hope for any play care center. Can't wait to get a membership !

We had my daughter’s second birthday party at Purple Monkey Playroom and it was amazing! The space has so many different toy options and all of the kids had a blast. Veronica was incredibly helpful and made sure the party was fun from beginning to end (including taking song requests from a bunch of toddlers). I highly recommend the playroom for a toddler birthday party ❤️

The kids and families who we invited loved the space. Our host, Veronica was amazing! It was so nice to be guided through timing for eating pizza and cutting cake. She was a huge help encouraging guests to sit down and prepare for food and cake which allowed myself and my husband to enjoy the party with all of our friends! :)

It was absolutely amazing.... My kid loved it, we all loved it.The facility, the arrangements, the staff member-Ashley and the owner-Jessica were humble and kind. Everything was organized and planned. They were ready to act as per my preferences and plans.The Customized theme based decor, cake, candies, food, parachute game, tattoo station, bubbles, and other kids games and toys were super fun. Not only the kids but my friends and family had a wonderful time.Look forward to have more celebrations at this location.

We had my son's first birthday party here. Veronica and Ashley were terrific and made everything easy. We had kids ranging from 11 months to 8 years old and they all had a blast. It could not have gone better.
