I wish I had more impossible printing projects, just to see how Ken could possibly figure them out. He somehow made an amazing 5'x7' poster from a Kodak camera 4"x6" photo. I thought I was dreaming when he showed it to me.

This guy has no customer service skilled. Spoke with him on the phone to get my BMW X5 ppf fixed, was asked to send pictures of the damage and silence. Sent him several messages all which are being ignored. Will never do business there in future.
