Sunny is a nice enough guy, but his company helps Elite Rentals lease their units and they are the WORST management company I have ever had to work with. We had maintenance problems from the day we moved in to the day we moved out (we broke our lease early). Luckily, Sunny has some weight to throw around at Elite and he's the only one that can seem to make anything happen over there. Unfortunately for him, that's not his job. Avoid Elite at all cost.
