I had a great experience with Abby Kelley as my real estate broker. She was super responsive, always there to answer my questions, and did a great job negotiating for me. She even offered to drive me around for apartment tours, which made the whole process way easier. Abby's laid-back approach and willingness to go the extra mile made apartment hunting a lot more manageable. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a broker.

Was misinformed on multiple accounts of information by leasing agent Jodi.I did not know what a reverse flow air conditioning system was, I asked her when being shown the unit and was told completely wrong information. There was time where I could not blow heat or air.I was told there was only a $500 move in/move out fee. Turns out that fee was charged for both move in and move out.Was shown the unit during the day and not informed that both bedrooms had no lights, just wall outlets to plug lights into.If you plan on using her from @ make sure you do your due diligence on your own, don’t expect it from her

First realtor did not listen and tried to put us very far away from where I wanted. Second realtor gave us better options but tried to cancel on us the day of our showing even though we drove 3 hours and paid for a hotel to make our appointment. Bad experience all around. Found a nice place myself with a simple google search.

Hadieh Tazangi is incredible!! We're relocating to Chicago for work, and Hadieh put in so many hours for us to show us an incredible range of properties within our budget that would suit our needs. She maintained constant contact with us throughout the entire process, and she even drove us around in her own car on the days we went to see the properties in person. Super friendly, Chicago-native, and very diligent worker!

My wife & I worked with Eva Lakomiec to purchase our first home and could not be more pleased and grateful! We moved from Florida and could only fly up once before buying. Eva quickly identified our price point and things we wanted our house to include and would send over many, many options of houses on the market. Multiple times, Eva went to a house for us and would facetime with us and describe the house. Her customer service is second to none and we highly recommend her to anyone!

A real estate agent from @Properties showed us a condo at 330 N Jefferson listed as available June 1st, and encouraged us to apply given our desired move-in date. After we paid $170 in application fees we were then told that the availability date has changed to July 1st, which the agent was fully aware would not work for us given the time our ongoing lease was ending. Then they advertise other properties to us; classic bait & switch rip-off scam artists. Only received a basic auto-reply to my message about being refunded the application fee paid over a month ago.

We went through @properties to rent our current 3 bedroom apartment. The application fee was a little high at $85 but the overall process was good and communication with the agent and landlord was great

This company goes after its employees for wrong think. Left, right, or center I would never want to do business with a company that does not allow it's employees to have what ever political/religious beliefs they desire.

I had a contract signed June 2nd for a property and the sellers agent had terrible communication with us. The agent failed to list the property as contingent even under contract. We had an inspection scheduled today at 10 am and received a cancelation of contract an hour beforehand. The agent still will not speak with us on what happened. These are poor practices that ruin trust with your customers and potential customers.
