Business hours on google and on the door say it opens at 8. I got there at 8:30, there was no one there, and the door was locked. I waited outside for 30 minutes and called a few times. There was no answer and no voicemail box. By 9am I had to leave and find another place. I could have gone somewhere closer to my apt, but I made the extra effort to go here because of the good reviews. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

Absolute Life Saver!! Jenny took so good care of me. I came in with a suit that need some tailoring about noon... very last minute. And she was able to accommodate me and tailor both my jacket and pants by 2pm. Complete bliss and pleased with the service from start to finish. Jenny Thank you again so so much!Service: Alterations

I have lived in the 899 building for 35 years. Jenny the Owner of Primo cleaners is a conscious, pleasant woman. It is a good feeling knowing that I will receive my casual clothes, as well as work clothes which are expensive to replace in excellent condition without burned buttons, etc. . I highly recommend Primo cleaners.

I had my Canada goose washed here and all the elastic ties had ripped off completely. When I asked about it the owner completely denied any responsibility, while yelling, and even suggested that no one knows whether or not I brought the coat in that condition in the first place. Really. It's common sense that if a customer receives an item back damaged, the cleaner must compensate. Dry cleaners have insurance for this type of stuff. It's maddening to deal with cheap owners like this who outright deny the obvious. This is over a thousand dollar jacket that has been cleaned successfully many times. I'm so upset that I decided to take my coat to this place by my house for the first time, out of convenience, and this happens. I hope others know to be careful, take pics of your items at drop off so she can't screw you over $1000+ like she did to me.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly. I went based off location and Google reviews. They charged me $28 to clean my Oak + Fort peacoat, which had a stain remaining and cat hair. I pointed these findings out to the woman at the front desk who proceeded to raise her voice at me to say that they cleaned it... I don't know. You be the judge (see photos attached). ☺️

Dropped off 2 bags of sheets and tablecloths, and a shirt for overnight washing and the owner (and from talking to her, the ONLY employee!), got them done in less than 24 hours. The shirt was even in plastic with a cardboard spacer and was much cleaner than I ever got it before.
