I don't normally comment or review businesses. However dealing with Miranda Pfau and PRG Management, I must say I was very impressed and they deserve to be recognized as a great organization. The knowledge and guidance I received as a first time client was exactly what I needed and wanted. I highly recommend PRG Management for all your property management needs. I tried 2 other property management companies before I finally found PRG Management. They were much more professional, responsible, and knowledgable than the others. I am an owner of a single townhouse property in Chicago (formerly my primary residence) and live in a different state. I found that most other property managers were not able to advise an LLC of my size. Austin and his team were great. Would highly recommend.

I love renting at my PRG managed property, the South Falls Tower in Richmond, VA. The management team is personable, responsive, and very knowledgeable. The maintenance team is AWESOME and you can tell they actually care about the property. Living at this property is like being on a resort not only because of the amenities but the PRG team makes living at SFT a stress-free experience!
