Shanelle was incredibly helpful and responsive when we needed help getting all of the bed sheets for our airbnb cleaned! Great communication, the sheets came back looking great, and she was so pleasant throughout the entire experience. We will definitely be using her again going forward!

We ran into an emergency at our Salon Business and were in desperate need of a towel service. She came same day & dropped off the next day for us. It was a great help. 10/10 recommend. Very professional! Towels were clean, sanitized, and folded.

Most amazing service provided! Chanel goes above and beyond with customer service provided. It has been a game changer to have my laundry taken care of and folded to perfection! It has really taken a load off my plate and I cannot recommend It enough. If you're thinking of trying Pretty Chic Town service, do yourself a favor, and try it.

Pretty Chic Towel Service has been our savior through a broken washing machine, and a repeatedly delayed replacement. Their owner Chanel has been incredibly responsive, professional, flexible, and kind, every step of the way. I have no idea what we would have done without them.Even though just about all our requests have been last minute emergencies, our towels and capes still arrive beautifully folded, clean, and on time. I don't know how they do it all, but we are so grateful.No longer having to do laundry has also made me realize how much of our staff's time is spent on this task alone. Their rates are very reasonable, so while this is an emergency solution for us, I can see how it would be an excellent permanent choice for many businesses. It will let your staff focus on clients and hair, not laundry.They have made our very stressed management team less stressed. If you're looking for a towel service, I can't imagine better.

Pretty Chic Towel Service provides absolute stellar service. The owner is very professional and flexible when it comes to salon needs. The company is also very timely. Laundry is picked up/dropped off consistently each week, allowing our stylists to serve clients without any interruption. The service is affordable and we love that it caters to boutique sized salons. It was quite a challenge to find a company that did not require industrial sized loads. So, if you're looking for the perfect, quality towel service for your salon Pretty Chic is the place for you! Chanel, the owner is truly a joy to work with!

I have used Pretty Chic Towel Service at Huetiful Salon for months. Their service is flawless and the owner, Chanel, is very responsive to my businesses needs. We scaled down during the pandemic shutdown and since reopening they've been flexible in allowing us to scale up our service needs as our business needs have changed. Its that kind of partnership that allows us to manage our business and expenses more effectively.
