Helen is a true gem of a person. She treated us like we were old friends - very knowledgeable and eager to show us the things she recently acquired. We are going home to Philly with a bunch of beautiful pieces and we are grateful for such a positive experience! When we come back to Chicago, we will absolutely return.

This was such a lovely crystal shop. Went yesterday for my birthday and Helen was so attentive and helpful. She helped us find exactly what we needed and made the experience so special.
