i dont know where to begin first they are very nice and helpful and work within your budget they are not pushy trying to sell you something you dont want....they want your purchase to fit you and not make you feel pressured i have been a customer since day one i dont buy jewelry everyday but when i do make purchases im more than happy with everything i purchased ....they make there customers feel very welcomed no matter if your purchasing a small item or something way out there .....they dont disrespect you and make you feel like you should not be there....love them and continued success to there buisness.....fanny,freddy,eloy ❤️ ?

Went in to get a repair on my chain & walked out with placing an order for a custom name plate. Service was great by Fanny & her husband. Name plate was ready within a week and I was satisfied. They outdid themselves! ??? 10/10 recommend!

Had an amazing experience shopping at preciosa. Fanny and Freddy were so welcoming and made the shopping experience so easy. Walked out with a beautiful necklace and pendant at a great price. They even threw in a free cigar as a parting gift. Will definitely be back!

Every Employee was amazing. I had some jewelry fixed and it was done quicker than expected. I was also looking for a product they didn't carry and they helped me find one and ordered it for me. They were very good keeping me updated every step of the way. Great Service!
