My husband and I went downtown to do some shopping today, and I wanted to stop by the lingerie department for a bra sizing. I went here a few years ago for one and had a positive experience with the rep who helped me. I got to the register and approached the associate carrying a brown fanny pack across her chest. When I asked her for a quick bra sizing, she looked around and then said I'd have to wait 10-15 minutes because they were short staffed. I told her it was fine and that I was willing to wait. I killed time by walking around and checking out their merchandise. Well, this particular associate was a few feet away from me standing around and talking to other customers who were stopping by. Eventually, she came back, walked me into the dressing room and told me to take my shirt off before closing the door behind her. I stood there for like 10 minutes while she catered to the lady with a Louis Vuitton bag a few doors down from me. I then heard another rep come in with a customer who wanted to get sized, and she was taken care of right away. I decided to leave because I wasn't going to deal with the nonsense any longer. Had I told the associate I wanted to get sized because I wanted to buy bras or carried an expensive designer bag, she might've been more attentive. I was going to buy something but decided to take my business and $ elsewhere. I've had great customer service in the shoe, makeup and accessories departments at this location, but I'll never ever shop the lingerie section again!

I love Nordstrom and their services in general. But not this one- I ordered a replacement strap for my LV from the store located in at this Nordstrom location (at Grand Ave, Chicago). I stood there for almost 1.5 hours before they could locate my record and finally place the order- this was in Aug 2022. I received an email from them in Sep 2022 saying the order is ready for PU. I took out time to go there, again the staff took around 1.5 hours to locate the record- told me that the strap is somewhere in the store but they cannot find it. I was told they will ship it to me- I confirmed my address and phone details. It's now Jan 2023, and I still haven't heard from them! I think I might get the replacement strap in 2024 now- if I am lucky!

Nordstrom has always been my go to department store. But this location has definitely stood out to me. Thank you to Robin in women's apparel for her customer service. I came in here looking for a black top and she went above and beyond to help me find the right top. Robin reserved a fitting room for me and added additional items into my room. I tried on over ten tops and robin was always there with a smile to assist me with all needs. Thank you Robin!

Some guy flashing his impressive title made my friend and I move out from shelter against the building because we were blocking the flow of traffic whole waiting for the parade. Note: we were out of pedestrian traffic and not blocking any door or anyone. He just needed to feel like the big man. Too funny! Scrooge in Chicago!

I'm always excited to shop here at Nordstrom. It's easy to find beauty products and women's clothing in department stores. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The place is very nice and clean, you definitely feel safe shopping here. You got what you need, enjoy shopping with your friends and family. Thank you very much and Have a wonderful time shopping!

Nordstrom is as always very good. They are always friendly and accommodating. There are various stores here like Prada, Louis Vuitton and many more. This mall is following health protocols. The best of quality. You got what you need and enjoy it. Strolling is good too. Restaurants are awesome too. I am enjoying this place when I need to unwind from the stress of life. Just come here and you will experience a stress-free moment. Parking space is not so crowded that time. I will recommend Nordstrom to all of my relatives and friends who are very fond of shopping. Buying relieves stress. Let's shop!

Shoe shopping at Nordstrom is always an entertaining experience. We love shoes, and their selection never disappoints us. While I didn't find anything for myself today, my kids both walked away grinning for ear to ear .

I was wandering through Nordstrom not sure what I was going to see that struck my fancy when I happened upon an adorable brassiere! Nyjah was so accommodating trying many different styles to see what I gravitated towards and when she led me to the perfect brassiere for me she went the extra step and placed an order for the proper size and had it delivered! Thank you Ms . Johnson

Writing another review after another visit. I will sound like a hater but I am just writing about my experience. I went to this location to try on a sneaker I was interested in. They did not have my size( I must have a popular size since this happens to me often ). Sales associate brings me another size that I didn"t request. I try it in anyway since he insist. It was big on me like I expected. Like again, he says he can order online for me. First of all, why would I order online without trying the product out? How would I know that size would fit me even? I understand the person wants the commission but what if you are spending your hard earned money? You would want to try the right size before purchasing. I have heard and read a lot of horrendous stories about returning issues with Nordstrom( just read some of the reviews here). But as I kindly decline his request to order for me, he starts giving me attitude. Word by word he said "were you even planning to buy this?" I just ignored him and left the store. I probably won't be returning this location ever.

BUYER BE WARNED: A great brick and mortar store to shop in for inspiration but I do not recommend buying onsite. If they do not have your size or style in stock, then sales associates may order the wrong items for you assumingely for commission's sake. You probably can save time and money buying online once you know what you want after shopping onsite.

I purchased a pair of Gucci sneakers for my husband. After just getting back to work. I caught Covid and had to quarantine for 10 days in a hospital. So they delivered Nordstrom package through lasership. Which was sent to the wrong address. I notified Nordstrom they agreed to send me a full refund so I could repurchase my item over. I didn't want a refund. Just for them to resend my package. They claimed the did an investigation. After lasership admitted to delivering it to the wrong address. First with the amount of money the items cost they should require a signature at all times. So my package was stolen or sent to the wrong door. Nordstrom is insured. And I am out of $780. Which I went through Klarna to purchase since I just started back working To give me time to pay it off. But Nordstrom refuse to do anything and klarna wants me to 0ay for an item I didn't receive. Never purchase from either again. And make when you order from Nordstrom request a signature. I had problems with ordering from Amazon as well with lasership being the deliverycarrier. They always mess up on deliveries. So they would leave your package on the street instead of a neighbor. This just shows us as a customer's how much they care . Its all about them just getting our hard earned money. After I was told they would give me my refund in return.
