That reading was a year ago. Today on the other hand has a 1 star for this potbelly store. The cucumbers you see were in a stack on that end of the sandwich, the other half of the sandwich had 1. I ordered on white bread, this is wheat. Staff have always been polite, the guy who waited on me today I've not seen before. No getting, no thank you, but here's your wrong order bye.

Camiyah(sorry if I misspelled hun) provided the best service I’ve received all year! She IS the definition of providing excellent customer service and needs to train every new hire that comes through the door! Please make this young lady the manager, if she isn’t one already ????

Today 12/18/2023 @ 5pm was my 1st time visiting this potbelly location and sad to say that I'll be contacting the corp office and district manager to complain about the lack of menu in the drive through, poor food quality, no receipt with order and my order being made incorrectly. Someone who never had potbelly before would not be able to buy here due to the menu missing over 80% of the items they offer. How can a customer know what comes on any sandwich without a menu.This location needs a visit from the District Manager.

Well, what I am going to say will be redundant after seeing other reviews. It's probably best to get workers who actually want to ummmm....work. The attitudes are ridiculous. They do not greet the customers and they do not like to answer any questions pertaining to orders or the menu. The place runs extremely slow. It's time to invest in self-check out here. Placing online orders, don't bother. I wish workers understood that professional is required in all fields of work. Please try a different location.

This establishment is poorly ran. If they are not getting your order completely wrong they are shutting down the drive thru with chairs. I have issue after issue and the manager takes a nonchalant approach every time. Today I spent an hr trying to get a simple sandwich that was wrong, went back thru the drive thru and then told the correction was ready and to pull up. Me being exhausted from work I did not have another moment … the manager instead of getting the sandwich to me casually suggest I get a refund. This place needs to be examined and some customer service training is dire

If I could give zero stars I would! They don't prioritize the door dash orders at all. I have been waiting since 12:04 and my order still isn't ready. I will never dash at this location again. This defeats the purpose of doing door dash if the workers can't make the orders on time.

This is the most unprofessional, and ill ran Potbelly's ever. This is my second time coming here to support business in the neighborhood and it is never stocked with anything; you order a shake and they never have shakes, ask for a chicken salad sandwich, no chicken salad. This location needs to re-evaluate management.

I ordered a Veggie Melt. No one told me they didn't have the ingredient listed first on the menu for that sandwich: AVOCADO! They didn't offer any consideration (other than a different sandwich, but I am a vegetarian) for this poor customer service. With that said, the sandwich they did make was tasty.

The food is good, my only gripe is whenever I order online and then wait an appropriate amount time for the food to be made, drive to the restaurant, go inside and ask for my order, turns out they never started working on it. Most times they don't even know there was an online order. It's been faster just going in and ordering it.

Why is it when I order from the Potbelly’s on 111th & Doty RD, items are left out of the order!ARE you that busy, and not notice ALL the condiments, napkins, & utensils ARE NOT in the bag?!?!?!My order was very basic: Apple Salad w/balsamic dressing, napkin’s & utensils. HOW HARD IS THAT TO FOLLOW!?!?Don’t follow up with “We’re so sorry you had a bad experience.” You have done this repeatedly since I have been placing my orders with your restaurant; is it so hard just to do the basics?
