I love the cameras in the rooms & the I can pick and Drop off at any time and the app is easy to access and use.….but two things that didn’t happen I got told she was going to have a Complementary bath that didn’t happen and a 1st time costumer discount that also didn’t happen.

This is my go to place (and dog, Muffin!) for day stays and longer boarding (about 7 stays to date). First and most importantly, a great staff that genuinely care about the dogs. Get pictures daily of my dog in action and everything is always smooth and easy. At the end, a happy dog too!

The staff and accommodations at the West Loop location are great for my dog Bailey when I go on business trips. I can tell when we arrive by his excitement that he loves it there…not to mention what I’m able to watch on the webcam as he enjoys his all-day play. I’ve had a few bad daycare experiences before, so I can see the difference here. I feel fortunate to have a place I can leave my pup while I’m away where they take good care of him and he has fun. I appreciate that the staff know him by name and are so sweet and complimentary about his stay there. He can be timid and anxious but they do a good job keeping him calm and comfortable.

We are so very grateful for Wag Hotel West Loop. They’ve always taken special care of our Pomeranian, Enzo. Everyone seems to know him by name and is excited to see him. He comes home not stressed, but tired from all the fun he has. But we are particularly grateful after this stay, as Wag Hotel noticed a medical issue, which ended up being something serious, but solvable. If it wasn’t for their close care and consideration, our dog could have been in a much more dangerous situation medically. We will continue to send Enzo there once he is well, knowing he is in good hands.

Excellent place for your pet! My pup is always happy when we drop him off or when we pick him up. You know is a GREAT sign when your pet is excited to be at a particular place!

I had two experiences with the Wag Hotels West Loop location. One was pretty good. The other was frustrating and I won’t be returning because of it.I brought my dog for the weekend in September 2023. It took someone almost 10 minutes to answer the door at 4AM but that was my only complaint at that time. My dog was well taken care of, the staff was kind and polite and I got pictures of my dog everyday. My dog left happy and I was happy.In the beginning of November 2023 I got a notification that I had a $50 charge on my credit card from Wag Hotels. I called to inquire and they insisted my dog stayed overnight the previous week even though he had not stayed there since September. Finally they told me the manager would review the cameras and get back to me.No one ever got back to me so I called a day later. Customer service told me Wag would be refunding the money. It rubbed me the wrong way that this happened because it comes off as unorganized and unprofessional but I do understand things happen. What frustrated me even more was that I had to call multiple times, I was promised someone would get back to me and no one ever did. No one ever apologized for the mix up. It just gave the air that they don’t care. I won’t be back unfortunately due to the unprofessional way this mix up was handled.

So angry with this place. I sent them my dog's vaccination record with her birthdate to be groomed, & they requested flu shots for my otherwise vaccinated dog. After doing & paying for all this (2 boosters), they told me she was too old to be groomed. When I told them that was really unfair, the groomer hung up on me. How is that possible? Very unprofessional.

Since Wag has taken over there has been much improvement and they really go above and beyond to make it fun and safe for the dogs. My dog is timid and has been going there for almost 3 years and it’s his favorite thing in the world. It does not go unnoticed how they go out of their way to make it fun for the dogs. Amazing day care and boarding.
