During one of my visits here I had some issues with the ATM and asked for help from a teller. The lady was very rude and disregarded my concerns and told me just to call customer service. Her attitude was definitely not need especially when dealing with a high stress financial matter at hand. However, my experience soon turned around when I met the manger there, Anthony. He came to assist me and make sure that my issues were acknowledged and would eventually be resolved. Anthony really knows how to work with clients and resolve issues. I thank him a lot for helping and turning my experience around.

I asked a young woman to transfer money from my checking account to my credit card and was told I could do it at home... This was not nice or good for PNC Bank's image. Very poor service. My request was not fulfilled. If possible, choose the location of the bank.

Atm couldn’t process my deposit but still kept the cash. It was a weekday during business hours but the inside was closed with no one inside to help.

Horrible ATM machines, they either dont work, cant take cash, cant withdraw cash. And now to top it off they took the ATM across the street near the parking lot.

ATMS do not work. Staff is not helpful at all and communicated if I was a “regular” member I would be assisted better. Please don’t waste your time coming to this location … I was toldI could not be helped to get access to MY funds. Insane

Waited for nearly an hour (short of 10 minutes) only to come in and find nobody at the front for 10 minutes, had to have the teller put me in line, and have 4 people who came after me, get seen before me. I've only been with PNC since February of 2023 (it is now June of 2023) and so far it takes 2 weeks to get a debit card, which never came in, I've called different branches with each branch never picking up and get passed up in line.Go figure the only people actually doing their jobs right is the security guard and the teller. This branch sucks and really so does pnc.

Save yourself a headache and don’t go here. I cancelled my account with PNC after the terrible service I received at this branch. They don’t care to retain long term good customers. I’d rather go where I’m appreciated

The worst experience I've ever had I've been calling for the last hour and a half 17 times just ask a question and nobody answers the phone what a Flim Flam operation I think I'll take my business elsewhere

Don't bank at this specific location it is the worse! You can be in like for over an hour if you decide to stay that long! They always only have one bank teller but have like 30 damn useless agents. The teller takes approximately 30 minutes or so per person that is INSANE!
