When calling this branch no one answers. You have to go in person to speak to the bank account specialist who told you they would follow up and it's been days.

Around 3.30 on Jan 18 2023Very rude Manager, only 2 tellers working, both got stuck, customer in the line started talking as she was waiting for 25 minutes, from no where manager comes out started talking to lady very loud, and telling her have you been to post office lately, she ask why are comparing post office to bank.He should have just apologized to everyone instead of yelling.

Sebastian is not very respectful if you’re coming in. He was such poor help he walked away and I had to speak with the security guard to get further instruction on getting help at the bank. And guess who Sebastian is? Come to find out He’s the bank manager. Absolutely unacceptable. And hey I thought maybe that’s just how he works, but no someone else whom he was familiar with walked in and he gave them the full service. Will not be coming back to the branch and I will be closing my accounts and moving to JPM CHASE.

No one is to help and you need an appointment so the banker see you security told us to leave and that we need an appointment that the waiting was two people and I told I wait because I need help to have access to my app or on-line the lady Infront help us.

Beyond satisfied with my first ever visit to any PNC bank. I walked in with the simple intent to open a checking account. Jasmine exceeded any customer service I had experienced with ANY bank, working in the business industry specializing in hospitality I have HIGH expectations in regards to my interactions the moment I enter to the moment I exit. I felt extremely comfortable & had no questions unanswered. She even anticipated questions I didn’t have & provided me with ALL the information I could possibly need. I’m happy to say I now bank with PNC.

THE YOUNGER TELLERS ARE REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COULD REALLY USE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING... NEVER RECEIVED GOOD SERVICE. Not to mention they called trying to offer me loan???Never

Please be careful using PNC bank. I was a victim of Identity theft and instead of allowing me to see transactions on this account, they wouldn't give me any information even though the account was opened in my name. I never thought I would see the day that culprits and thieves are protected over law abiding citizens. Tread lightly people.
