This branch is now a Financial Center; customers are able to perform their deposits and withdrawals at the ATM's. I usually don't go inside the branch but the few times I've been inside the branch I've had a great experience with their bankers. They're patient and very professionals.

The worst customer service ever!!! To call in the 1-866 # is even worse and low budget. Glad I’m not a customer anymore and I can’t even be done because they holding on to my remainder balance for no reason! I hate PNC and hope they close down or be bought out ASAP

The worst PNC BANK. They trip if you take out more than 1,000. I was asked one why I wanted to take out 1500.00 when my ATM history shows you just got money. I had to leave that evening after being sent to see the manager for to tel me I couldn't get my MF money until tomorrow. Didn't go in again until today and I'll tell you what on my mama I'm never going in there again. Rude unprofessional. My birthday the 4th last year she seen me the day before bit said ms. Williams your ID is expired I won't be able to give you a withdrawal .so I got out of line and got it out the ATM it didn't realize my ID was old. Bad poor service.

This bank is very unprofessional and they do not do good business! I have been there several times to try and open up a business account and every time I go it is an excuse. They had an elderly man who had fell down in the vestibule because they were harassing him and being so mean rude. If you are trying to start a business look elsewhere. The manager is very nasty and they are mistreating customers. I went down the street to Bank of America and got an account the same day. Don’t waste your time going to PNC on 71st and Stony Island in Chicago. Take your money and business elsewhere.

I went in to open a personal account and was told I did not have the correct info which I did. They simply did not want to open an account 25 minutes before closing which was 5. I drove to another er bank which happily opened an account and now I have opened a business account there as well. So one bad customer service experience cost the bank maybe 200 accounts because my employees tend to bank where the company banks. At my company... at most companies, customer service go hand in hand with SALES. I was looking for a bank to replace my old one but PNC failed. Why trade in one company that does not treat me well with another? Maybe he was having a bad day? Maybe he just wanted to get home after a long day? It doesn't matter. If I had an employee who cost me a customer by not doing his job he would be fIred. Hundreds of potential customers? Fired and don't even dream or recommendations! Oh well Many of the largest banks give zero cares about clients. I love our credit union but my people want a bank with local offices. Do better PNC. Retrain your people in great customer experiences. Maybe have it open until 7 or at least have it where people who make it before closing are served with a smile. Maybe have a shift that ends at 6 pm so if someone leaves work early at 4 and gets there at 430 will not be sent away with thousands in their pocket.
