I received excellent customer service and help from the branch banker TIARA VANDYKE,she was a big help and I really appreciate her taking the time and care that she given me. She was kind and respectful and I really appreciate and thankful for her help. I came into the bank7-5-24 and I was a little nervous about this bank,she eas my nerves and made my experience great, I'm glad I came into this location and receive her help. "THANK YOU " It's really great to get excellent service again, that's what banks and business are missing.

I can't believe that you guys closed because it snowed... This is Chicago and you should have been prepared. Other banks were open and then there were no notifications to any of your customers. I will changing both my accounts Tuesday. Your customer service sucks and your professionalism as a bank sucks as well..

The worse bank in creativity! I closed out my account a month ago in person and withdrew all my money from each account but yet here I am a month later still receiving emails saying I have a negative balance in my account when I LITERALLY signed papers stating that the accounts was closed. Then we I called customer service to resolve the issue they telling they can’t help excuse me isn’t that your job???

They have a limit of money that one can get out of their account. Other than that, customer service is great and I have been banking there for a bout 7 years.

Not a good branch- the “gentleman” at the desk had the audacity to ask me where my funds came from. I’m sure he could see they were from my employer- shame on you PNC for profiling at this location.

Waiting in drive through for 45 minutes while lobby was closed. The teller Lucy never has a clue what she is doing and has no regards for customers time and has terrible customer service
