So I come here often to get a cashier's check since I moved to Blue Island recently. The clerk/employee JOHNATHAN (black hair, glasses made it out to the wrong recipient multiple times and I had to correct him. JOHNATHAN doesn't know how to even type roman numerals on a keyboard. I had to tell JOHNATHAN that for Roman numerals that use the number one you type capital I. So because of that JOHNATHAN must've got embarrassed by his colleagues and attempts to be passive aggressive whenever I have to communicate with him. So thanks to JOHNATHAN I won't be back I'll take my business elsewhere. Do better PNC Bank.

This is my second attempt at writing a review my last one was taken down. I went to this location June 2023 to cash a check and was racially profiled. I Went to the teller and was told they needed to get an override I'm guessing because of how much it was, waited for a few minutes only to have the bank manager GLADYS PEREZ came out escorted me into her office and questioned me about where it came from and who gave me this check. This is unacceptable and people shouldn't be treated this way

This branch has the best customer service by far, everyone is so welcoming and helpful. It’s always an enjoyable experience, makes me want to come inside instead of using the drive thru! I would give 10 stars if there was the option!

This is the most unprofessional bank I have ever been in. There is only one teller that is a friendly person. It takes two or three days to get a banking account. It’s terrible.

this is the second time I'm really upset with this location because the first I tried to get $2500.00 dollars and they said they can give all that money..now I come for try to get a new card and they said I can't get it here.. But I called costumer service pnc bank and they send to this bank..

This is by far the slowest PNC branch I've ever been to especially for the drive-thru.Doesn't matter what time of day or how many cars are ahead of you you always have to wait longer than any other branch.

Opened up a new personal banking and savings account and I called to make a appointment and Rhea Bolton to set up a time for Thursday but I had an emergency that caused me to miss the appointment and she called me to tell me that we can reschedule our appointment anytime. I was able to call her on Thursday on my way from my out of town emergency and we were able to set up an appointment for the next day as I really needed to get this accomplished. When I arrived Rhea greeted me with a welcoming friendly smile and we got started. She was very detail and explained everything that I was setting up so that when I left I had a good understanding of what was going on. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She didn't rush and allowed me to ask any questions I had. All I can say is that I you're interested in setting up an Business, personal account or more; if you're in the Beverly area please contact Rhea Bolton at the PNC she's great. Her personal service and care is phenomenal. Thanks again

I've been with PNC Bank for years! I just visited the 10701 S. Western location and was racially profiled when attempting to deposit a check. I was waiting forever for someone to come back just to questioned me about the origins of the check. Then without reason was informed the teller was uncomfortable with processing my check. I've never been so embarrassed. Corporate needs to do more training at this location. I guess my skin color wasn't the appropriate color to be serviced. Shame on you. I will be closing my account in the morning. The branch manager Gladys Perez should be ashamed to have these women under her!!!!
