What a terrible experience. I have asked VERY little of this branch, and they continue to mess with my money. They have currently misplaced $13,000.00 due to their failure to correctly process my deposit. The forced me to WAIT to talk to a banker so that I could be schmoozed by their "retirement planner". When I restated my intention was NOT to investigate any of his products, only then did they let me talk to a banker for a very simple banking need.
Don't go there. Find a different branch. Better, open accounts at a different bank!

Worst bank ever! They do not stand behind their business. Scamming situation - all I received after months of effort on my part was a form letter stating my dispute was resolved. When I called and asked for the documentation they relied upon to come to their decision (which is my right according to their form letter) I was told they couldn't supply me with any because they didn't have any. That screams shoddy investigation! I was also told I would have to seek counsel in order to move this forward because according to the girl I spoke with, they did all they could. Which was basically nothing except send form letters to me since they couldn't prove they did anything more than that. The lack of customer service is appalling. I look forward to removing my money and taking it to a bank that values their customers and makes customer service one of their top priorities.

I've been coming to this particular location for 7 years. In fact, the front desk tellers and overall attitude of PNC was the reason I started using this bank, along with the very intuitive and helpful app.But, as the years progressed, this particular location is also the reason I have become upset with PNC. They are understaffed, managerial turnover is at the all-time high, they've consistently run out of money in the ATMs. Are not truthful in their answers when asked questions, especially managers, whom it may not be exactly their fault, every one of them is a fresh hire/promotion and they have got no clue what's going on.There was quite a large problem that occurred with my balance transfer a while back, the team here was of zero help. It took weeks to get it resolved, a week until I even got an answer. The problem, the manager did not know where to send the check to.... It got returned to sender weeks after without my notification.What I hope comes up this review, hire more competent managers, keep your staff healthy and paid... And at least keep money in the ATMs.

They exchanged my $20 for rolls of quarters for the last year (laundry). Today, after I paid them an atm fee, I’m told they’ve apparently stopped making change unless you bank at PNC. They don’t provide any value to the neighborhood. Make it a public restroom instead.

We've had a solid relationship with this bank and the team at the Bucktown (Damen Armitage) branch is outstanding.

Took forever for someone to come to the window to help me after the ATM wouldn't work. When someone did finally show up it seemed like the person barely knew how to do their job. Ultimately changed banks after multiple bad experiences here.

Some of the female tellers and the front desk woman (today) are just the worst. So rude and uninviting. Literally talk to you in the most condescending tone as if you are up to no good. Do they even want customers coming in? My experiences say, no!

No complaints. The tellers have always been super friendly and helpful, and the atm lets you get bills other than 20s, which is always a bonus
